Nothing left to lose

The drive

It's 7:30 and im just getting ready to walk out the door into Nias waiting car. I hear a knock at the door and do that one foot hop when you're trying to get somewhere whilst putting on a shoe .
"Coming!" I grab my bag off the chair and rush out
"Bye mum!" I call from behind my shoulder.
"Hey girl hey!" Lea smiles.
"Hi" I smile back. I'm in a particularly good mood knowing that Harry and I have sorted things out.
"So the plan for tonight is we'll go and have the time of our lives." Brittany giggles. I look at the other girls outfits and instantly feel under dressed. im wearing a plain pastel blue dress with silver jewels glued around the neck. the dress comes in at my waist and then frills down to my knees. whilst everyone else has gone all out. full hair and make up whilst I have strawberry lipstick and concealer to cover up what most people would call druggo eyes. "I feel very underdressed." I state.
"Why? You look beautiful!" Jasmine playfully slaps my arm. I let out a little smile and a sigh. I suddenly hear my phone beep.
"Who is it?" Brittany asks from the backseat.
"Harry, he wants to know how far away we are." I turn around to face Brittany
"Tell him were about 45 minutes away" Nia says keeping her eyes focused on the road.
"We're about 45 mins away. can't wait to see you! xoxo" I read out loud whilst I text.
"Naw you really love him don't you?" Lea crawls over Jasmine and leans in to hear my answer better.
"Yeah I do." I turn around and face her
she smiles and sits back in her seat.
"Great now my seatbelt is locked." lea grumbles
"Just undo it and do it back up again" jasmine suggests.
"Kk" lea does as she's told and sighs with relief.
"Do I hear Mr Mitchell is coming?" I look at Nia
"Yeah he is..." she sighs
"What's wrong?" I ask
"Well it's just it hasn't been the same ever since he saw that new teacher Miss Theodora. She's a slut." Nia looks at me with a tear in her eye.
"What does she teach?" I question
"French. ugh like oui oui right?" Nia looks back at the road
"Nia?" Jasmine interrupts
"Yes?" She asks
"Oui oui means yes yes I think you mean non non." jasmine corrects
"What ever!" Nia hates being corrected
"But I'm sure everything between us will work out." she continued
