"Oh, what a pleasant surprise." You opened your eyes slowly, vision blurred now with water rather than sand, and you were met with a tall figure in a black and purple cloak. "I didn't know I was to receive a visit from the Queen of Hyrule." He walked over to you and gently lifted your chin up, and your eyes locked on to his golden ones.
"W-Who...?" You squeaked, and he chuckled and stroked a strand of your hair as he pulled his hand away from your chin. You looked up at him, just barely able to loft your head now. Every single part of your body felt weak.
"What was that?" He asked, smiling as he cupped his hand around his ear.
"Who-"
"Oh, well now you just sound like an owl, my dear. And what kind of greeting is that? I saved you from dying out there in the desert and all your thanks to me is acting like a bird." He walked away from you, stopping a good ten or so feet away. "What were you doing out there in the desert all alone anyways? One would think as queen you'd have personal guards to escort you."
"I was trying to get to Gerudo Town." You told him, and he laughed and turned around, a grin plastered across his face.
"Now she talks." He walked back out to you and leaned down so he could match your height - though you weren't fully standing. "And why were you trying to get to Gerudo Town all by yourself?"
"I was going to meet with the chief." You didn't know how honest you wanted to be with him, not knowing a thing about who he was or where he took you. So you just told him what you knew as a part of you was sure he was death himself.
"That didn't answer my question as to why you were alone." He grabbed your chin a bit rougher this time, forcing you to make eye contact with him. "Don't you have a husband that worries about you all the time?"
"Yes, but-"
"Then why were you all by yourself in the middle of the desert trying to find your friend?" He asked, again, squeezing tighter.
"Because I was trying to get away from Rhoam!" You shouted, and his eyes widened, taken back by your sudden tempered response. "I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-"
"You're sick of your husband? Hm, never heard a queen say that before." He let go and stood up straight again, looking over your weak and wounded figure. "And why, might you add, are you sick of your husband?"
"Astor," A voice cut in before you could answer, and both of you looked towards the door. The same man that tried to take your sword from the day before walked in, and he gasped a bit when he saw you. "I see you've caught the queen."
"She was out about to die in the desert, and I knew I couldn't let that happen to her. So I brought her back here." He handed you your canister, and you found that it was now full of water again. "I'm also trying to rehydrate her. That sandstorm didn't treat her very well."
"Well, regardless, I want to say that Master Kohga and I are going to run some of the troops over through the north base, so we'll be gone for a little bit." He kept looking in your direction until Astor gave him the go ahead to leave.
"Now, back to what I was saying with-"
"Astor? You're..." You paused for a moment. "A part of the Yiga Clan?"
"Well yes, that surprises you?" He asked, chuckling a bit at your obliviousness. "I'm the prophet. The right hand of Ganon, some might even say." He leaned back in towards you. "And I could even say one of the most powerful beings across Hyrule."
"What do you want from me?" You asked, and he smiled and ran his fingers through your hair.
"Don't worry, I won' hurt you," He said, moving his hand away from your head. "I just wanted to know why my dear queen was all alone in a big, vast desert, no husband, no guards, and apparently no common sense as to have any of those things with her."
