A week has gone by since I learned that Luke is my father. Nothing changed between us; we still say everything to each other. He threw a party in the shop and announced that I am his daughter. We sang a couple of duets as well. Now I realize where I inherited my voice from. The best thing was when we gathered in Luke's house for dinner and we told the news to Nolan; he got really excited. We've been hanging together all the time; especially while I was healing and couldn't go to any missions. We have really bonded.

I was in Luke's shop and we were talking about this week's schedule. Then my phone rang and I saw that it was Isabelle.

Me: Hello Isabelle, how are you?

IK: What are you doing tonight?

Me: It depends; my dad and I are making the schedule right now.

IK: Nice, today is going to be your day off and you're coming to National City.

Me: Okay, but did something happen?

IK: It is ladies' night and I'd love it if you would come.

Me: Gladly.

IK: I'll text you the time and place. It's going to be late when we're done, so you can stay at my place tonight.

Me: Okay, I would really like that.

When we hang up the phone, I told my dad my plans for today. I went home and told Barry that I'm going to National City today.

B: And you're going to leave me alone?

Me: It's going to be just for one day.

When the time came, I got ready and Barry took me to Kara's home. I didn't have to knock on the door, because Kara opened immediately. They greeted each other.

B: Take good care of her.

Me: Don't listen to him; I can take care of myself.

KD: You are my guest so it goes without saying that I'll take care of you.

Barry left and after a while Alex and Isabelle arrived.

AD: Are you ready to eat our dust? Danvers sisters for the win!

Me: What do you mean?

KD: Sorry, my sister is a little too competitive. What she was trying to say is, are you ready for the board games?

Me: What games? Aren't we going to hit the town?

IK: I may have forgotten to clarify, but this is what I meant with ladies' night. Trust me; you're going to have a good time.

Me: How? By playing board games?

IK: Don't underestimate it at all. Especially this time; because we're going to win.

AD: The only rule that applies to every game is that no powers can be used.

We started playing and despite my original objections, I was having a good time. At some point, Isabelle and I were on the balcony so that we could find a new sign for the next game. Before we managed to get a word out, we saw a flash coming from inside. When it was over, a man was standing in the middle of the living room.

Me: Who is that?

IK: I don't have a clue.

Me: I think we should head inside because he says that he wants Kara to be his wife.

IK: What?

We went straight inside and he turned his attention to us. He kept staring.

Me: Why is he looking at us like that?
