Teddy Bear Friend

Aadhi's POV:

Who is he? why  did he say to me? Was it a ragging task  for him? No, he wear grey tag. Is he my senior? Is he belong to my campus? That too my Department? Thousands of question running inside my mind. My thoughts interrupted by the table desk sound. A boy wearing full rim eye wear frame specs with chubby cheeks sat next to me. He smiles at me.

That Boy: Hi I am Rohit. Your classmate.

He forwarded  his hand. Next second my mind went back to the scenario staged on the ground.

Aadhi : Hello, I am Aadhira.

Rohit : Are you really 1st year?

Aadhi :why are you asking like that?

Rohit :You are very tiny looking like 8th Grade school student.

I narrowed my eyebrows.

Rohit :okay cool cool. Lets be friends.

He offered me a pencil. Actually I like stationary things very much. I like his attitude.

Aadhi :Thanks Rohit

Rohit :No thanks between friends.

Aadhi : ok ok

A man entered into our class room and stood on the classroom stage. He introduced him as a staff to us and also ask us to introduce ourselves. All  tell about their name, native , hobbies as a gist.

Rohit : I am Rohit . I am from Chromepet. My hobby is eating foods and snacks.

All burst into laugh. He is too innocent and cool guy .And now my turn..

Aadhi : I'm Aadhira from coimbatore. Here I am staying in campus hostel. My hobby is playing basket ball.

My classmates started to pass command on me. I know why? but it didn't affect me that much becoz... I am not that much cool person like Rohit. but.......... I'ill tell you the reason later. Our staff explains briefly about our theory subjects and labs. After 2 hours of class, we get a break. I checked my mobile. I saw a message from my mom, my sweet heart.                                                Mom's msg : Aadhi call once u get the message. I called my mom .

A.mom : Hi Aadhi. Have you had your breakfast da

Aadhi   : Yes ma

A.mom : How was your class da?

Aadhi : So far Its good ma. And I have to tell one  thing. I got a TEDDY BEAR FRIEND ma

A.mom: What?

Aadhi :Yes ma. He is very chubby cute, innocent and warm friend. By saying this I look at him. He look at me with questioning expression. I told him amma in the call. I hang up the call. Rohit offered me a cheese wafers.

Rohit : Actually Aadhi, I never share food items with other. You look very small. So I'ill make you big  within  the next 4 years. This going to be my first task of my college life.

Aadhi : okay da. Its a challenge for you.

Rohit :Yes.                                                                                                                                                                                  He shows me thumbs up and hit the table. By that vibration my parker pen fell from the table. I bend down to take my pen. when I came up, I noticed group of grey tag students occupied the stage of the class room. I was shocked . I saw that guy Arjun stands before the podium adjusting the mike. So I got answers for some of my questions. He belongs to my campus, my department and also he is my senior.
