"You three seemed to be pumped up today! Alright!" Meian cheered, looking at Sakusa, Bokuto and Atsumu as they warmed up. Sakusa was in concentration mode, it had been weeks since he played on court and he wasn't nervous per say but a little on edge because Kaiya was coming to watch him... He was worried that he was out of practice but thinking about her watching him in his element made him smug.

"...'Course captain, my wife's coming to watch for the first time since Bean's birth" Bokuto chirped, a giddy look on his face while he tied his shoelaces before standing up, hands on his hips as he puffed his chest of proudly

"It's also Keiji's first match! I gotta show him how cool his Papa is during a match"

(AN: Bokuto named his son after Akaashi. Akaashi isn't going to be in this book, so the Keiji I refer to is Bokuto's baby)

"He's like a month old... He's only going to be seeing shapes and blobs..." Sakusa muttered making Bokuto scoff,

"Doesn't matter, as long as I know my babies are in the crowd cheering me on, it makes me happy!" He beamed and his friends grinned, Sakusa nodded.

"Yay! I get to see Bean today!" Hinata cheered, "He's so round, like a volleyball!" He said, mimicking the ball, making Bokuto laugh and Atsumu grin,

"Say Omi-kun, your missus is coming too, right?" He asked and Sakusa nodded, giving him a nonchalant look

"Yeah, so?"

"So, how are things going between you two? Ya never give us details!"

Sakusa rolled his eyes, fixing his jersey, ignoring Atsumu, until Hinata chirped in, with a bright smile

"How long have you been dating her now?"

Sakusa sighed, a little relieved he was wearing his mask, concealing his small smile

"A month, day before yesterday." He answered and Atsumu gawked,

"Damn, its been a month already? She must be perfect because I haven't heard a single complaint from ya... Usually ya'd complain because the women before would irk ya in one way or another..."

"That's true! You've been pretty secretive regarding this Kaiya... You haven't even shown a picture..." Bokuto said

"Yeah, it's not fair... You wouldn't even be dating her if it wasn't for us!" Atsumu said, an arm around Bokuto's shoulders

"Technically, its thanks to me... Bokkun tried to stop you!"

Bokuto frowned,

"Dude, atleast I wasn't the one who broke his knee!"

Sakusa glared at Atsumu, who saved face

"Uh and if I didn't crash into Omi that day, then he'd never meet Kaiya-chan and fall in love. So, if you think about it, I've set Omi-kun up with another sexy piece of ass-"

Sakusa slammed his locker shut, startling Hinata before he glared at Atsumu

"I'll admit, I got the chance to meet her because of you... but don't you dare talk about her so crudely."

Atsumu raised his hands in defeat, apologising to a sour Sakusa before a gentle laugh was heard behind him

"Oh wow Sakusa, I've never seen you get this agitated by Miya before... Your girlfriend must be quite the woman. I'm happy for you!" Adriah said softly, patting Sakusa's back and it calmed said man down. Atsumu had always been vulgar especially during locker room talk.
