"Alex please walk faster,we can not be late."I say to Alex as we hurry towards the gym hall, "Winter there is still 10 minutes before tryouts begin."I sigh, "It does not matter,just hurry up please."

We get to the gym hall and I trip over a basketball,but Lex grabs my arm before I reach the ground, "Thank you Lex."I say while bending down to grab my phone that had fallen,then all of a sudden I hear whistles,I look around and I see that all of the basketball boys are staring at my exposed butt cheeks, "Sexy."One of them comments and I quickly grab my bag and carry it trying to hide my exposed butt checks.

Damn this pink suit!

"Why did you wear something so tiny,I can literally see your whole ass in that thing."Alex says while walking behind me making sure that I am completely covered, "I had no choice but to wear it,my mother gave away my black one."

"You should've told me,I would've brought you my extra pair."She says grabbing her pink water bottle out of her bag, "Yeah I should have,but it does not matter I am going to buy a new one this afternoon anyway."

Brad's POV
As I was walking towards the gym hall,I hear whistling and I stop at the door wanting to hear what all the commotion is about, "Man that girl's hot."One of the boys say, "Man did you see her arse!?"

"Damn bro I never knew that Winter Winchester has such a bagging body!"Jake says and the other boys second his statement, "Bro I dare you to ask her out!"

"Yeah dude,50 bucks says you won't hit it."

"Na dude,he will for sure hit it.I mean what girl doesn't want Jake Lakewood?"

"Na man Winter is way to uptight,she'll never let him score!"Jim the blond tall one says.I hate it when boys talk about girls like this,it's disgusting.

"Bro let's bet on it,I say Jake will hit it in the first two weeks."Sam says and the other agree, "Fine I say he won't score,whoever wins the bet gets 100 bucks plus free car washes for the whole year!"

"Okay,I'll go ask her out after tryouts."Jake says with a smug look on his face.I decide to walk towards them and end this disgusting conversation,but as soon as I reach them coach shows us and tells us to line up so that we could do warms ups, "Sir could I quickly just put on the right sneakers,these ones are not very comfortable."Jake asks, "You have five minutes Lakewood!"

I watch him as he runs over to Winter,I bet he is going to ask her out.

I'm going to warn Winter about him,what they are doing is not right.They should really stop treating girls like objects!

"Simpson,I said go down and give me 20!"Coach exclaims.

Winter's POV

"Yeah,I should have but it does not matter now I am going to buy a new one today anyway."

"No don't,this one looks nice on you."A voice says from behind me,I turn and I see him,Jake Lakewood standing there in all his glory, "Ummm W-what?"I stutter, "I said you look amazing Winter."

Jake Lakewood just complemented me,he has never complemented me before.Am I dreaming?

"Winter!"Jake exclaims,pulling me out of my state of thought, "Ye-ye-yes?"

"I said would you like to go out with me tonight?"He says and fireworks start to go off inside of me, "Me?"He chuckles, "You are so adorable,yes you."I take my hand and try to do what I always do when I feel nervous,I try to tuck my hair behind my ear but then I remember that my hair is in a tight bun.

Well that was embarrassing.

"Lakewood!"The basketball coach yells out, "So date?"

"Umm yes sure."I say and I'm sure my face was redder than a tomato, "Cool,I'll get your numbers after tryouts,break a leg."He says while walking backwards towards the side of the gym where basketball tryouts where being held.

"Thank you,you too."I say while waving like an idiot, "Eeep!"Alex and I scream softly after Jake has left, "Bro Jake Lakewood just asked you out on a date!"Alex says while jumping on one spot, "Oh my soul,Jake just asked me out."I say in a panicky tone, "What's wrong?"Lex asks, "What am I going to wear,what am I going to say to him,I have liked this guy for more than five years Lex and I have never had the courage to even say Hi to him and now I have to go with him on a date!What are we even going to talk about!?"

"Sheesh,calm down we will talk about this after tryouts."She says while handing me a bottle of water, "For now just calm down,you need to concentrate on gymnastics."She is right,I have to do well in these tryouts or else I am never going to hear the end of it.
