"I love this one!"Lex says while holding a red knee length figure hugging dress, "Is it not a bit too revealing?" I ask with a doubtful expression, "Dude you haven't even tried it on yet,just go wear it so we can see how it sits on you."I grab the dress before rolling my eyes and walking to the dressing rooms, "How long does it take you to put on a dress?"The ever so impatient Alexandria asks only seconds after I have entered the dressing rooms, "Wait!"I exclaim.
"We don't have all d- "Alex pauses and looks me up and down, "You look amazing Wint,Jake is going to go crazy when he sees you."
"Thank you Lex,but I am not getting this dress."Alex looks at me with an irritated expression, "Why not Mother Teressa?"I roll my eyes, "It is too revealing it looks like my breasts are about to fall out."
Alex heaves a heavy sign, "That's the whole point!"I walk back into the dressing rooms, "It's a date you are supposed to look naked so that you can turn the boy on."
"Alex no,please go get me that black one we saw when we came in."I ask while referring to the knee length turtle neck dress that's also figure hugging, "Fine."I hear Lex say before hearing footsteps, "Here."She opens the curtains and hands me the the black dress with some heels,I look at the heels and just take the dress, "Thank you,but we both know that I can not walk in heels."She sighs "You're hopeless."
"A hopeless romantic?yes."I say while walking out, "Oooo that actually looks so cute on you,love the way it takes out your hour glass figure."She says as she looks me up head to toe, "What do you mean 'actually'?"I asks, "Well you we all know that your taste in dresses is horrible you always choose the conservative long dresses that make you look like you're 16 weeks pregnant."Alex is a very blunt person but sometimes it's just too much, "Whatever,I am going to change so that we can go home."
"Is that all?"The cashier asks, "Yes."
"That will be 300."She says with a warm smile, "Cash or Card?"I take my black card out my bag, "Card."I say with a smile. "Thank you for shopping at Zara,enjoy your day."I take my shopping bag off the counter, "Thank you,you too."
"Where to now?"Alex asks before putting in a CD by our favourite boyband, "The Vamps."
"Salon."
"Ooo which hair style are you going to do?"
"I'm just going to curl it."I say before turning left at the t-junction, "You are going to look so pretty!"
"Right?"
"I talk a lot of shit while I'm drinking baby,I'm known to go a little to fast,don't mind all my friends I know they're all crazy but they're the only friends that I have.I know I don't know you but I'd like to skip the small talk and romance girrllll,that's all I have to say so baby can we dance?!" Alex and I sing along to the 'Can we dance by The Vamps.'While at the stop sign . "Have you heard the new Cherry Blossom album?"I ask as I try to parallel park, "No,what they have a new album!?"
"Yes,my favourite song is Chemicals we will listen to it when we get home,you are going to love it!"I say while taking off my seat belt, "I really hope it's not full inside."
"Same,I don't feel like sitting here for hours."Lex says while following behind me into Black Native Salon.
