Chapter Eight: Found and Lost Part One

"Jess?"

I heard Ross' voice and opened my eyes.

"What?" I asked seeing him

"Good morning" he said "Time to get up"

"Five more mintues" I said turning to my side

His warm hands being wrapped around me was the best thing. He kissed my neck.

"Babe, we have to get up, everyone else is up" he said

I sighed "Fine"

Ross got up. I sat up and looked around. It was dark outside.

"What time is it?" I asked

"5 in the morning" he asked

"Why so early?" I asked looking at him

"That thing that we saw yesterday groaled and everyone sat up. We couldn't go back to bed so they got up and ate" Ross said

I got up and put my arms around him "What time did you hear it?"

"Um.....Three" Ross said

"You can go back so sleep, if you want" I said

"Nah, if I'm going to sleep again, I want you to be next to me" he said kissed my forehead.

He walk to the other room and started to talk to everyone else. I looked around and went to the window. The sun setting was beauitful, but then something caught my eye. A human ran behide a building. I saw her eyes look into mine. Her eyes look like I have seen her before. I saw that she was pregant and I ran out the door. I heard voices yell my name, but I kept running. She needs help. I ran to her and stopped. Her back was facing me.

"Miss, do you need help?" I asked reaching my hand toward her.

She turned her back. Her long hair was covering her face. She moved her hair and she looked at me.

"Jess?" she asked

"Cher?' I asked as the other people came and stopped behide me

I went and hugged her

"Cher?" Ross asked

"Oh my gosh!" she said

"Cher, your pregant. How did you survive this long?" I asked letting go "Wheres-"

She soke her head "He gave his life for me."

"I'm so sorry" Ross said "Come inside, we have fun and everything for the baby"

Cher at down and ate. Everyone else just looked and didn't say anything. I was talking to Cher about everything and even said 'sorry' about leaving. I told her that Rosey wasn't safe and we didn't want to get hurt. I got her caught up on everything that happened.

"I'm sorry Ross, about your sister" Cher said

Ross looked down and soke his head "Its okay"

After I told her about my parents, tears came into her eyes

"I'm so so sorry Jess. Your so brave" she said "At least you guys never let each other. You guys are so sweet"

We didn't say anything.

"Hows the baby doing?" I askedf

"Huh, shes a pain, but I will love her" Cher said putting her food down

"Do you have a name?" Ross asked as I smiled. Of course he was going to ask that

"Nope" she said "Thats why I don't want to give birth to a un name child"

"Nicknames?" I asked

"Not even close" she said I'm scared. I don't want to give birth in the middle of a breakout mess.
Hopefully, the world would get better when she grows up"

I sat their and looked at the floor. After she is born, Ross will want a baby more then ever. He will be with her every day of his and her life. He would never let her down.

"How are you doing?" she asked "With everything"

I looked at Ross, then at her

"That bad?" she asked

"No, no, I just....." I said

"Want to talk, just you and me?" she asked

"Sure" I said

"Honey, I so get you" she said after I told her that Ross wants a kid

We were outside sitting on the pouch, watching the sun set.

"Its going to be hard" she saids

"I know," I say "But I don't think that we ready"

"Does he?"

"Yes"

"Don't rush, take your time. I learned that the hard way"

"I'm scared to have a kid. I don't want them to grow up like this"

"I know, honey." she saids "He gotten so tall"

I smiled "I know. I no longer have to look down, I can finally look up"

She laughed "I'm glad you think that way"

"He kept the calender for this" I said

She looked around "Hes got it bad"

I smiled "I know"

"Just talk to him about it. Tell him....You want to take your time and that you don't want to rush" she said

I'm scared to tell him that

Okay?" she asked looking at me
