Chapter 11

I woke up screaming and hearing Mia start to cry. I felt Ross get on me, trying to wake me up. And hearing him yell my name. I finally woke up in tears and breathing heavly.

"Its okay, everythings alright" Ross said getting off of me and pulling me into his lap.

"Bu-but......It....Is Mia okay?" I said

"Shes fine, shes okay" he said grabbing Mia and putting on my lap.

I held Mia and began to cry.

"She was gone..." I said

"it okay, shes here, shes okay" he said holding me tightly

The next week didn't go well, I heard myself screaming and felt Ross shaking me, trying to get me up. Their were sometimes when I thought the monsters were Ross and I would push or kick him off. But the night that got to me the most, was when I hurt him.

Ross was on my again, but in my dream, the monsters that was bulit with metal was on me, trying to kill me, I had a knife next to me, I grabbed it and cut the monster in the face, I heard him screaming but the screaming changed and went to Ross'. I woke up and pushed myself into the counter. I saw Ross sit down, holding his hand to his face. Everyone was around, Mark and Sarah were running to get some things.

"Ross!" I said and put the knife down, I ran over and quickly sat down next the him "I'm sorry"

"Its okay" he said "you didn't know"

"Let me see" I said putting my hand on his

He moved his hand, showing a deep cut on his check, blood coming out so fast

"Ross, I'm sorry" I said

Sarah and Mark set down towels, a bottle of water, and a first-day-kit.

I grabbed one of the towel and put some peroxide on it put it on his face. He tryed to hold the scream from cutting out. Winter grabbed Mia and clamed her down, holding her. Everyone was still watching us

"Okay, move" Johnny said after I looked at him

Everyone went away. Winter gave Mia to me and I put her in Ross' lap.

"She wants her dad" I said removing the towel

"Louis is her father" he said

"Shes doesn't know that" I said

"she should"

"we'll tell her when shes older and when the time is right, but for now, your her father"

"and your her mum" he said

I stopped and sighed

"Jess," he said and grabbed my hands "Were a family now. She is ours. She is our daughter"

"I can't deal with me being her mother"

"I can't deal with being the father either, but we can try and work to be the best parents that she will ever have" he said looking into my eyes. "We can do this"

"I need a break" I said opening the bottle of water

"If thats what you need, thats what you'll get. Tomorrow, we can have Johnny or Winter watched her while we have some time, just the two of us. Okay?" he said looking into my eyes.

His blue eyes looking deep into mine. I put the bottle down and put my hands on each side of his face. I leaned in closer to Ross, the next thing I know, were making out. He keeps pulling me closer. I pull away.

"Mia" I said out of breath.

Ross looked down at Mia and smiled.

"Yep" he said .

I run my fingers through his hair and toke a deep breath. Ross came closer.

"Nah, tomorrow, remember?" I said and smiled

I got up and grabbed Mia

"Jess, come on" Ross said

"I have to change Mia" I said starting to walk away

"Wait" he said getting up and running to me.

"Hey, Winter?" I asked her the next day

"Yea" she said

"Do you mine watching Mia for a bit tonight?" I asked

"Sure" she said and smiled

I sat down next to her on the couch.

"You okay?" she asked

"No, I need a break from Mia, I love her but I need a break" I said

"I know how you feel, every mother needs a break from something" she said

"You were a mother?" I asked

"I was pregant" she said "With my ex-boyfriends child. It was hard after he left, and then when me and Sarah met and started dating, he comes back and saids he wants me back so they we can rasie this baby together as a family, but a rule in my life: You have once chance, you left, you can't come back"

"Do you mind me asking what happened?" I asked

"It was a miss carage" she said

"I'm sorry to hear that" I said

"Me and Sarah wants to adopt a kid after we get married" she said

"Cool, thats a good way" I said

"I know" she said

We sat for a moment of slience. We just sat their looking in front of us.

"So, um......" she said

"Hey baby" Ross said coming up

"Yes?" I asked

"You have Mia's baby bottle?" he asked

"It should be in her bag" I said

"Okay, thanks" he said. He gave me and kiss on the lips, then walked away

"You guys are so happy. No matter what world we live in, you guys always find a way to be happy" she said

"Really?" I asked

"Yes, you guys are perfect for each other" she said "Its cute"

"Thanks?" I said

"Your welcome" she said with a smile
