Idalia
"So, what do you want to do next?" Matteus asks me as we leave the movie. It's the second time we see each other and I still can't say I am taken by him.
"I don't know. Let's just walk a little. I didn't quite get to see enough of Milan ever since I moved here." I tell him and he leans in for a kiss. I give him a peck on the lips and he smiles.
"You are something else, Ida." He says and I give him an uncomfortable smile.
"In a good way, I hope!" I say and he takes my hand and kisses my knuckles. The gesture makes my inside twist with need but not because of him, but because it reminds me of how Cade did the same thing after we finished dancing.
"Lead the way!" I tell him and we start walking together.
"So, where are you from?" He asks me and I force myself to regain focus. I am walking hand in hand with this gorgeous man and all I can think about is him.
"London." I tell him. "I moved here when I got the job. Also, the weather is nicer here." I tell him and we both chuckle.
"Isn't any weather better than London?" He says and we both laugh.
"I guess that it is. As long as it's not cold as Hell." I tell him.
"How do you know Hell is cold?" He asks me a bit too serious. Shoot! He doesn't like religous remarks? Or what?
"I am sorry. It is just a figure of speech. But also, the only thing I hate the most in this world is cold. So, for me, Hell is probably the coldest place." I tell him and he smiles at my comment.
"You might actually be onto something!" He tells me as we continue our walk towards the city center.
"I think we should call it a night. These shoes don't agree with the squared rocks and my feet are killing me." I tell him and he pouts sweetly.
"OK. But you owe me another walk!" He says and I smile in surprise.
"Sure!"
Cade
I open the door to guide... Julie, or whatever her name is, outside and find Idalia in the doorway. She is wearing a pair of shorts and a flimsy t-shirt that hangs on one shoulder and carries two bags in her hand. Her smile fades as she looks at me and then at the stranger next to me, but doesn't say a thing.
"Call me!" The woman tells me and kisses my lips. Then she gets in the car and drives away.
"Come in!" I tell Ida and she walks past me without saying a word. Is she mad? I can't tell because I haven't enforced the contract upon her. Jan's words kept swirling in my head. She is too pure, too innocent for my world.
Today is Claire's 7th birthday and I am trying my best to focus on the task at hand and ignore Idalia who is walking around in that outfit of hers, arranging balloons and flowers all around the house. Why did I ask her to do this again? Because this totally backfired at me. I've never imagined she would come dressed so... casually?
"I think I need your help, Cade." She shouts from the living room. Hearing her say my name for the first time has me holding my breath. She called me "Cade". I walk towards her, trying to stop myself from looking at her beautiful legs. For a petite woman, her body is absolutely delicious to look at.
"What do you need me to do?" I ask her focused on ignoring the fact that she used my name for the first time.
"Would you please hold the ladder so I can finish putting the balloons up? It doesn't look too steady and I'm afraid I'll fall." She tells me oblivious of the impact she has over my body. I can already feel a twitch in my pants.
I grab ahold of the ladder and she climbs up on it, her ass stopping in front of my eyes. Does she even know shat she is doing to me? How hard it is to stop myself from saying the words? My breathing accelerates and my mouth starts watering. All my instincts are screaming at me to take her now, but I must stop myself. This is Idalia! She is sweet and pure. I can't have her as a pet, but fuck, do I need her!
Suddenly, she loses her balance and I quickly wrap my hands around her legs to hold her but instead she falls into my arms. I hear her gasp at my touch and I smile. I squeeze her in my arms and feel her smooth skin as I release my hold so she can slide down safely. A soft whimper, barely audible, leaves her lips as her feet touch the ground.
She turns around and looks at me like a deer caught in the headlights, with her lips parted and her eyes wide and it takes every bit of will inside me to not smash my lips against hers.
"Let me know if you need anything else, Ida!" I emphasize her name and hear her gasp again and then turn around and leave.
Idalia
Claire has long gone to sleep before all the guests even left the house. It was a kids party until the kids became tired and were taken upstairs to rest. Then everyone started to discuss business so I was forced to stay, wearing this damn tight dress and these hell forged high heels. I have been here since 9 am so to say that I am tired at midnight is an understatement.
I decide some wine will help get my mind off the discomfort I'm in and go and pour myself another glass of Lust. It really is my favorite from the entire collection. However, too much wine and high heels are not a great combination for my balance.
The last guest leaves as I stand in the kitchen, placing some plates in the dish washer. My legs feel a little unstable and my head is lightly spinning from the alcohol, but it feels soooo good. It feels liberating. Mister Hot as Sin sure knows his wines.
"What are you doing?" Cade walks into the kitchen as I take a sip out of my glass.
"Drinking your wine!" I tell him with a smug smile on my face and take another big gulp. "Want some?"
"How much wine did you exactly have?" He asks me as he walks closer, allowing me to study his body. His fine muscles have my mouth watering, even with that black shirt on. I imagine myself kissing his pecs and it send bolts of desire straight to my core. Whoa! How did I get to imagining him naked?
"I see Lust has one you over..." His voice is low and seductive, beckoning me to want to hear more, drawing me to him.
"Isn't it also your favorite?" I ask him and drink up the entire glass as I think about the woman that left here this morning. I mentally facepalm at my comment and at my thoughts!
He steps in front of me and takes the glass from my hand, wrapping his fingers around mine. My body lights up from this simple gesture and my breathing stops for a second. His eyes never leave mine as he places the glass on the counter.
"Let me help you with that!" He says, his voice lower than ever and the haze is back in my head. He doesn't let go of my hand. Instead, he slowly pulls me closer to him, making my heart race a million miles an hour. His eyes leave mine as he studies my face and stops at my lips. I take a shaky breath and feel my entire body burning with anticipation.
His other hand reaches my waist and I take a step back, but there is nowhere to go due to the counter behind me. His lips are so close and I close my eyes waiting for him to kiss me. But he never does. His warmth leaves me and I see him holding the bottle of wine in his hand as he steps away. He pours himself a glass and gives me a wicked smirk as I stand before him red as a tomato and turned on like hell.
"I should call myself an Uber if you don't need me anymore!" I sound out of breath as I say the words. He smiles and takes a big gulp of wine.
"You could stay if you want!" He says and I gasp at his audacity.
"Don't you have a woman waiting for you in your bedroom or something?" My mouth speaks before I can think the words. Cade's look burns me as his smile disappears.
"Should I?" He says as he continues drinking his wine. Why is he so cryptic?
"Good night, mr. Malien!" I tell him as I walk past him.
"Good night... Idalia." He says my name and my lower abdomen clenches with need.
I really need to get laid!
