Hyojin's POV :

After talking to Hyunsuk on the phone, I felt relieved. It's not that I'm naturally this way. I myself, never imagined me being  the bad guy. I'm the obedient son, diligent student and a hardworking trainee aspiring to reach my dream of being a singer. Then I fell in love, hard and deep. When my love was reciprocated, I felt the happiest in my entire existence in this world. Especially when everything happened after discovering myself being unique. God blessed with a partner who gave back the same feelings that I had. Everything was perfect. Until I debuted and my parent's pressure on me, their expectations as the only son and heir to their legacy, was poured into me all at once.

Being at the age of 32, the ripe age to marry, especially to men of a family  of businessmen. It's part of the Korean family culture to have a partner that can help in bringing the business to flourish, of course, with the most important outcome, producing an heir.

To avoid the pressure of arranged marriage, I opt to look for my own escape plan, thus I made Ryujin my girlfriend. That was after I decided to let go of Hangyeom. It wasn't really my plan to totally let him go. But at the same time, I couldn't let him know my dilemma. Besides, he was struggling too at that time looking for the right agency where he can debut again. I have considered our future together being idols,  independent from both our families, since I'm 100% sure mine will never accept him. How we can have a future with uncertainties of our careers and income. That's why I couldn't let go of my birthright for him.  I needed power in order for me to fight for my love.

But Junkyu came, it was unexpected. If they just stayed as fuckbuddies, I wouldn't be threatened. But I saw Hangyeom changing, and slowly falling for him for real. That scared me big time. I don't know if I can call myself gay, coz I never once got attracted to any guy other than Gyeom, only him. I thought he's the same as me too. But when Junkyu caught his eye, and eventually fell for him, I decided to be the bad guy.

It wasn't really that serious threat I made with Hyunsuk. I could just tip someone from any reporter to give a little tip who and where to follow for some juicy gossip, then boom. Easy pissy. It's not my fault that Hyunsuk hooked up with Ryujin while we were still together. It was a blessing for me.

Tssss, He's exaggerating our little deal bringing up our parents being acquaintances. It won't get that far. Besides I already got what I wanted, Junkyu is out of the picture. So, It's my turn to do my part. Operation save a friend/ex-lover from break up blues.

It's been a week since they broke up. I think that would be enough time to let him moped on his broken heart. I'm now on my way to his place.  As I reached his door, I knocked a couple of times before he opened. Actually I was quite surprise he let me in without spatting insults and cocky remarks in my face.

"Hello to you too. What are you doing?" What caught my attention were luggages piled on the living room. He went back inside his room, so I followed him, curious what he's doing.

"What's with the luggages? Where are you going?" I couldn't keep my curiosity  anymore.

"Back to the my parents house."  He replied curtly.

"Why? What about this house?" I suddenly felt nervous. This isn't what I imagined my visit would be like.  I was imagining a little crying drama perhaps, or Drunken episodes.  This wasn't even on the option lists, ottoke?

"Why do you need to go? What about Junkyu?" I pretended to be unaware of their breakup. I noticed him stilled upon hearing the name of his ex.

"Don't u dare bring his name here!" He looked so scary gritting his teeth forbidding me to mention his ex lover.

'Don't pretend you don't know we broke up. This was your plan all along. Now you've got what you want so fuck off!" I was stunned. How did-.
