I've always despised Lola, even when we were in high school. She always had a bone to pick with either me or Kaito. She was one of the main reasons I moved away.

But it's a small world and a big house, and it turns out that she is the legal guardian of my dear Fukase, which is just about the worst case scenario I could imagine. She's clearly abusive and has given him trauma, which is not surprising coming from her. 

She stalked him and then came to the house just to insult me and him. She really thought I would just let her take him back to that dreadful place. Under any circumstance, he can't go back there. 

I refuse to give up without a fight. I told her we should go to court and I was dead serious. Still am. I'm trying to be optimistic and believe that we'll win, but I'm secretly terrified of what she could do to him if we don't. 

I love him, and lots of other people do too. There's no way we can lose, right?
