"Oh, my God. You brought cheeseburgers." Sam said sarcastically, her hands stuffed in her pockets.

"Hey! I told you I would bring cheeseburgers! Your favorite!" Jade Fier exclaimed, faking a pout as she got in front of Sam, who pushed her bottom lip into its right position, making them chuckle.

Jade grabbed Sam's hand, dragging her to the rock where Sarah and Taylor Fier were buried nearby. Jade let go of Sam's hands as she crouched down with a sharp weapon, using it to crave something in the rock, blowing on it when she was done with it. SARAH AND TAYLOR FIER, THE FIRST SHADYSIDERS. Jade smiled proudly at her work, linking her hands with Sam's,

"And we're still here because of them," Jade said, smiling softly as she looked at the rock.

"I'm still here because of you," Sam said, looking over at Jade, catching her attention as she looked at Sam.

"Yeah, you're right, Samantha. I saved your ass." Jade joked, turning around to face her completely. Sam scoffed, before playfully hitting Jade's shoulder. "What? It's true, you'll be dead without me, Samantha Fier, or Samantha Berman." Jade joked, linking her fingers with Sam, who looked at their linked fingers, smiling softly.

"I think I like Jade Fraser more." Sam joked back, leaning in until her lips met with Jade's soft ones, who let go of Sam's hand to put it in the back of her neck.

Jade Fier and Samantha Fraser. Even if at the first start of their relationship, they were like frenemies, they soon worked their way to what they are now, girlfriends. Who would know that trying to stop some curse would bring your crush to like you back? If someone from the future would have told Jade Fier that Samantha Fraser was going to be her girlfriend, she would laugh at their faces, even if she felt flustered in her heart. But who cares about the past now? All of their sad moments just disappear and now they can work their way through the happy ones. If they were both happy, who cares what everyone thinks?
