Chapter 11 "I Love You Like a Love Song"

Ariana's POV
I was at home, with Taylor and Kendra. We were just lounging around on the couch and flipping through channels. We were all so happy. I was cradling Kendra. She was so small. She looks exactly like me. We could be twins. She's only seventeen days old. Taylor quit the TV show to be with us. He's not making much but we still have a lot of money. I can tell he misses the show, but I know he loves being here. I hope. He came back in the room with nachos and Kendra's bottle. "Hey babe." He said kissing me. "Hi sweetie." I said. He put Kendra on his lap. She squealed. He smiled. I smiled I wish life could be like this.

Taylor's POV
I was at my small, quaint house with Ed and Candace. We were by the fire, we couldn't afford heating this month. We're living paycheck to paycheck. Ed works as the manager at the General Store and I work part-time at St. John's Hospital. By part-time I mean three times a week. I only get paid one hundred and fifteen dollars a week. That's only 15,980 dollars a year. Ed gets 30,570 a year. Candace gets some money from when she shelves books at the library, that adds another ten a week which is 520 dollars a year which is 14,250 dollars a year. Not much, but livable. Candace doesn't have much in her room, she only keeps a few dollars to herself and she gives the rest to us. I'm very grateful for all we do have. I just hope we never get fired. I looked next to me at Candace, she was snuggled up between Ed and I. She looked pale, and cold. I hugged her. She smiled. Ed looked at the clock. "4:30" he read. "I have to go, my shift starts in a few minutes." I said. Ed nodded. Candace waved. I left. Even though we don't have much, I'm so happy my family is mine.

Selena's POV
I was at my parents house, I was leaving the day after tomorrow. My mom, dad, and I were eating a really late lunch. Dad was doing farm work all day and mom was at work. I was in the abandoned barn, reading and thinking. Mostly about Zedd. Why did he have to do this to me? One side of me loves him and the other couldn't care less. How do I know which one is right?
