Chapter 6 "No Wind In Out Sails"

Zedd's POV
"Whats wrong with you?" I yelled at my father. "That girl's family is insane! Especially her Great Grandma Jodie. You should stay far away from her. You should be happy I warned you when I did." My dad said. "I will never forgive you again dad, I really love Selena." I snapped storming off. Selena was in the car, bawling her eyes out. Her mascara was even running. "I'm so sorry Sel, my dad's stupid." I apologized. She shrugged. "I wish I knew what happened with our Great Grandparents." Selena managed to muster out. I nodded. Dad came out. "Get that girl out if here Anton! Now before I call the police!" Dad yelled. Selena has tears in her eyes. I didn't move. "I'm getting my shotgun!" Dad yelled. "Zedd, lets just go." Selena said. "No." I said firmly. Dad came back with his gun. "I warned you Anton." Dad said. He pointed the gun at Selena. She looked extremely worried. "Break-up or your girl gets it." Dad threatened. After a little bit he takes the safety off the gun. "Zedd! We should break-up!" Selena squeaked. I was shocked. I looked back at her. "Are you serious?" I asked. She didn't reply. I got in the car and started driving. "Were you serious?" I demanded. "Of course not Zedd, I did it so he wouldn't do anything crazy." Selena said. I didn't say anything. I didn't want to get into some stupid argument. "Where do we go?" Selena asked. I shrugged. After an hour of driving I pulled up at her parent's ranch. "Why are we here Zedd, they'll kill you." Selena asked. "I think I'll stay at my parent's house and you will stay here, I think that's best after everything." I told her. "Are you serious?" Selena asked. I nodded. She got out in a rage and slammed the car door. She ran to the ranch. I drove away. A tear slipped out of my eye.
