Selena's POV
Zedd and I have been um 'dating' for a few weeks now. I can't tell if its real this time but I hope it is. If he screws up this time, I'm not going to be forgiving. He's in New Orleans by the way. He's helping his couusin, Polina move into her new apartment. So I'm all alone. Justin has a new GF. Her name is Miranda Kerr. She's a model. She even has a kid. I guess Justin's type is a mom. Gross. I guess we weren't meant to be. At least I have Zedd. I was in the living room when the doorbell rang. Vanessa was at the door. "Hey Vans! What are you doing here?" I asked. "Oh, I'd thought I'd stop by to visit. We haven't seen each other in a while." Vanessa told me. "So, Selly Bear, what's been up?" Vanessa asked plopping down on the sofa. "Nothing much, Zedd went to New Orleans to help his cousin move." I told her. "Oh, so you're dating him..." She said. I nodded. "I'm happy and all but Dave misses you." Vanessa told me. "Well, I didn't want to lead him on. And anyway, I thought he was with Allison Brie." I said. She nodded. "He is... but he's a little heartbroken." She told me. "We weren't even dating!" I exclaimed. "You guys kissed. Its not his fault." Vanessa defended. "So its mine?" I demanded. Vanessa didn't answer. "Some friend you are." I said. "You're the one acting like a drama queen." Vanessa argued. I rolled my eyes. "Zedd's doing this to you." Vanessa said before she left. I ignored her. Can't she let me be myself? Plus, I wouldn't believe that Zedd of all people would make me so moody. I mean he's my little German.

Zedd's POV
I didn't really go to New Orleans but I am with Polina. Polina isn't my cousin, she's my half-sister. She's twenty-three. She's not Heidi's kid but a woman my Dad saw in between my mom and Heidi. Polina said her name is Natalia. Well, Natalia moved back to Russia with her new husband. So Polina's here in L.A. How'd I find out about her you ask? Well Dad found out about her and told her to come to me. But instead of living with Selena and I she has an apartment about an hour away from Selena's place. That's in a whole other town. Its called Ridge Wood Valley. Its sort of like the country. She could've bought a house but wanted an apartment first. She just got out of college. She went to NYU. She majored in Physics. But she's a secretary for a doctor's office a few minutes away from her complex. Anyway, I need to help her unpack. I'm sorry I lied to Selena but she wouldn't understand Polina.
