Third Person POV:

Taehyung saw how Jung Kook needs to spend time with his parents, without a word saying, Taehyung could clearly see the yearning towards the person who had been with him from the start, Jung Kook is still a son longing for his parents.

Jung Kook has been fighting for his lost soul, alone with his own journey to live. He has a home but he is also alone all along, there’s only Seok Jin could see and understand him before its Taehyung's turn to see Jung Kook.

But the selfless Jung Kook didn’t want Seok Jin to see him turning frail and Taehyung didn’t know how to feel about Jung Kook letting him see the real situation of his present, which is his fragile state.

Jung Kook was raised with full of love and Taehyung knows he deserves all of it without forming a proper friendship, it is an obvious fact that anyone could tell.

Jung Kook is incredible, as a son, a businessman as a husband and as a person. He knows it from the start even without asking Seok Jin.

“I’ll go ahead and follow him, trust me in this and stay with your parents, I know you need that, them, I will bring Jin with me.” Jung Kook nodded, he was thankful but his lips was pursed as he hid his tears, connected by eyes Taehyung saw it and nodded back at Jung Kook and left.

The elevator perfectly swung as he walks to its direction, but the right time it was about to close, Yoongi plucked it open extending his arms to avoid it from closing completely, so he got himself on the ride. “Its my Hyung, my Seok Jin Hyung we are talking about, he’s my family so let me join you.”

“Am I missing things Kim Taehyung? For all I know Mr. and Mrs. Jeon are Jung Kook’s parents, what do you mean by I should stay with my parents? Are you teasing me?” Yoongi asked, dazed about what he heard as he observed Taehyung looking at somewhere behind Mr. and Mrs. Jeon that is probably Jung Kook.

Right, he couldn’t see Jung Kook, I got carried away. Taehyung said at the back of his mind.

Taehyung chuckled, trying to add humor at Yoongi's question with his mistakes that could be misunderstood by anybody.

Yoongi is always a sulky type, but Taehyung will be lying to tell that it wasn’t adorable when it comes to Yoongi switching into possessive mode towards Seok Jin.

And it wasn’t questionable at all, who wouldn’t want to protect and cherish someone like Seok Jin?

“Alright. Of course.” Taehyung pressed his lips as he let out the three words, there was a slight smile on his face that he didn’t show as he thought it wasn’t the right time for him to smile.

“You can show your real personality, I can read you through mirror.” Yoongi pointed out, their eyes met through the mirror and finally, Taehyung shifted to face Yoongi.

“Then why don’t you act like the usual you too? I am not used to you hitting it off with me.” Taehyung was hoping it came out cheerful, but also curious why Yoongi had changed and was suddenly getting along with him or not, maybe its between the two?

Taehyung needed it though. He has a brother to say all of his trouble in feelings being all in all complicated having feelings with Seok Jin, but he knows that just like the real Yoongi, Nam Joon isn’t the type of brother who will listen to you until you get what you wanted to hear.

Yoongi and Nam Joon’s similarity is they will say what they want, tell you what they wanted to happen.

Taehyung got used to it on his brother’s attitude, but not to Yoongi, it was giving him an odd and he felt like he was on edge for a favor that he didn’t want to claim.

“Kim Taehyung–“

“Look Yoongi, its Jung Kook we are talking about, I hate people cutting me off but I have this feeling that you are going to ask me about a favor–“

Yoongi’s face shifted on his shoes. “One week and their birthdays will come.”

“Jung Kook and Seok Jin Hyung.” Yoongi added, he heave a deep sigh as he looks at Taehyung once again.

“Fate have decided but hopes of us is still on hold for miracle. I still couldn’t believe it happened but it will.”

Taehyung’s face turned into a frown. “What are you talking about?”

It is stupid for him to ask a question that is soobvious with the tears of Yoongi falling. By the words and all, it wasn’t a news that everyone wanted to hear.

The elevator swung free, with a few people looking at them. Taehyung’s mind automatically wanted to protect and hide Yoongi’s face that was in a verge of breaking out.

Taehyung pulled Yoongi for a hug going out, he didn’t struggle or tripped, they were in synch going out, until Yoongi wiped his tears that he tried to hide, but Taehyung saw it already. “If Jung Kook was here, I know he wanted it to be you, i-if something happens to him–“

“It happened already, but what you all wanted me to be after– Gosh, are we going to cry in here? We better not.” Taehyung walks straight, not minding to say the words that is hard to say anyway.

The coffee shop that has been calming for so many people, isn’t what Seok Jin was having to the man in front of him. There is an unsettling aura about the man who had shown himself. “You probably know me by now, if I am still on my profession, I will surely and proudly introduce myself, but the greed that I had was haunting me and there’s no way I still have the guts to say my name.”

“I-I can’t take it anymore.” Seok Jin didn’t say a word waiting for the man to say what he wanted to say.

Seok Jin wanted to know some things that he possibly might not know. He felt like that there’s still a lot of things hidden, but he is afraid.

But for Jung Kook’s hope of coming back for the good news for his own case made Seok Jin decides toughing it all up.

Seok Jin was hoping that it might lead for Jung Kook to come back. After a minutes of the man just wasted by rubbing his own hands then turning it into his lap, Seok Jin noticed his nervousness. “Are you going to say it or I will call an authority–“

“I will surrender myself, y-you just have to hear this from me. They are tricking and faking things for how long, I need to say it, you need to hear it from me.”
