"Although you managed to take the bullet out... Which is a good thing you did... It damaged the tissues and ligaments in that area which caused internal bleeding... We need to stop the internal bleeding and then stitch it up. If we wait until tomorrow there might be high chances of getting infected and maybe cut the arm off completely... We cannot take risks " Ian explained. They'll blinked their eyes

"Ian and I have taken courses basic medical help... Ian took advanced medical help so it'd be helpful in times..you ..know... Soo" Ella supported assured. They'll look at us in amusement.

"Then what are you waiting for.." jin cried facing Ian.

"I need the patient's concern" he said politely.

"I know it'd hurt a bit... But I promise I know what I'm doing... I had experience ... I even treated Ella..." Ian said confidently.

"Alright" Joon finally approved.

"To the bed first" Ian instructed. "Ella jungkook come with me and please clean your hands evryone ... again " we went after him.

Jin and tae helped Joon to Joon's bedroom. Yoongs and jhope set the bed and a stool beside the bed for Ian. Ella and Jungkook came with Ian. Ian then put his big med kit. It has everything form sutures scalpel to all surgical knives and scissors and many unexplainable things.

Ian disinfected his both hands over his elbows then wearing surgical gloves. He wore torch spectacles to have a better look of the wound.

"Jin you can hold his other hand" Ian suggested. Jin quickly sat on bed holding Joon's free hand.

"Joon this will hurt a bit..." He said cautiously. Joon nodded. He placed his hands taking a deep breath and then applied pressure on both sides of the wound. Joon cry echoed the house. Jin is calming him down pulling his head to his chest. Me and the boys are watching Joon clinging onto eachother.

"I'm sorry... Butt... please ...this needs to be done..." Ian said before proceeding. He wipe off the blood oozed from the pressure. He took a small tong slightly opening the wound to have a better look. Joon is yelping.

"Give him a thick cloth" Ian asked and in no time jimin fetched one from cupboard.

"Here bite this" jin put the cloth in between Joon's teeth.

"I'm pressing it again" Ian waited for response.

Joon nodded "he again applied pressure on both sides of the wound and blood oozed out. He continued keeping pressure until the blood stopped oozing. Joon is biting the towel hard. Groans filled the room. Jin is creasing his hair and mumbling sweet words to distract from the pain.

Ian face painted with a plain smile. "The bleeding has stop Joon... You held on well" Ian complimented while wiping off the blood and and cleaning the wound. Whimpers little groans leaving Joon's mouth when Ian's cleaning the wound with spirit.

"Alright... Stitches noww.. we'll be done..." Ian gave him a smile. Joon shut his eyes nodding. Ian took surgical threads and started to stitch. He didn't give anesthesia knowing Joon can endure a bit pain and he is strong. Whimpers, groans again filled the room.

"You're doing great baby.....

Just a little more....

Jin is mumbling sweet words in his ears.

"You know.... "Ian started while stitching with a plain smile.

"First time when I did this Ella... She's what ...16....!!?yeah.... You know what we did... " Ian chuckled refreshing his memory.
