The day after the dance battle, it was time to go to the GP999 campus for the Connect Mission interim check.
When your stylist asked what kind of outfit concept you wanted to go with, you decided on going with a more streetwear look. You wanted to look good, but you also wanted to be able to dance freely because you planned on going room to room to see if the girls needed any help after the interim check. You wanted to smell good for Cai Bing too, so you sprayed your favourite perfume from your collection.
You joined Juhee, Onestar, and Sunmi in the YES or YES evaluation room. After both teams performed, you guys gave your feedback.
"In general, team 2 was more energetic than team 1" said dance master Juhee.

"You guys made it yours" said Sunmi.
"Ne...but team 1, you guys just need to keep practising hard that's all it is...the basic skills are good, you guys just need to keep practising so you can show everyone the perfect live stage" you said as you faced the first team at the side of the room.
You agreed with what the other masters said, but you wanted to make sure that team 1 didn't lose their confidence.

You guys finished with the YES or YES group and now it was time to see the girls performing your group's song, How You Like That. Not only is it your group's song, but you are the main producer behind it. You were so honoured that the PD's chose your song to be covered for this mission.
You were really excited for this group because you wanted to see how they would perform your song. You read the papers on the clipboard provided to you by the PD's as you made your way over to their room. The papers contained information on the teams in every group.
Your eyes skim down and you see her picture on the page. That's my girl, you thought. Excited to see how she would make your song her own.
You bow as you enter the room. You smile when you find Cai Bing. It's easy to find her when you're always looking. You're happy because she's smiling right back at you.
You and the other masters take your seats. After some small talk with the girls, they get ready to perform what they have prepared. Team 2 is going first since they won the dance battle.
As they get into position, Onestar asks you, "Y/N, do you want to share any words as the original singer of the song?"
"Mmm... I'm so happy and thankful you guys picked this song, I can't wait to see how you guys perform it...hwaiting!" you respond.
Team 2's performance starts.
"Wow, look at how Jia's eyes changed when the song started" you said to your fellow masters. Team 2 was performing great, their energy was good and they were so stable. Dayeon was covering your rap part of the song.
