I walked from the bus stop to my house after an exhausting day of school. The fact that it was Friday made me feel a lot better. I thought I would have enough time to go take a shower, pick something to wear, and eat before it was time to go to the Empire CD signing at the mall. As soon as I came in the house, my mom said "Let's go. Make a hot pocket to take with you." I didn't want to protest, knowing that earlier today mom went to the mall and bought the CD so that I could have the wrist band that came with it. She always had my back. I longed for the moment I would be standing in front of the brothers of Empire.
