I couldn't think straight as I gathered everything in my room. I had to make sure I was safe, and I didn't want to put Jussie in any danger. To think that I could have been killed, while already being in this mess of a plan, was so overwhelming. I called Jussie on speaker as I stopped to sit down and try to regain my sanity. " Hello, hun?" He said. " We're not safe here. I was just right in front of the killer!" "Are you serious?!?" I could hear the deep concern in his voice. "Yes. We have to be smart about our every move." We sat in silence for a few seconds before Jussie said "Don't move. I'll call you back. " I panicked as I waited next to my phone for a ring. After 2 minutes, I heard a knock at the door. I was so scared that I almost didn't move an inch. I walked very slowly and quietly to the door before looking through the peep hole. I swung it open immediately. "Get in here!" I said. I grabbed Jussie by the arm and pulled him into the room, closing the door behind me. "Why did you come out?!? He could've gotten to you!" I said, full of concern. "I had to be with you. It didn't matter wether or not there was a chance that I'd be killed." "You're crazy!" I say, wrapping him in my arms. " I'm only crazy for you." Jussie leaned in and kissed me intensely. Even though I was loving this moment, all I could think about was how much trouble I was in. I felt horrible about everything. What was I supposed to do knowing that he cared for me so much? It was unnerving to say the least.
