Our Fates

Episode 1. Part 6.

"I Understand that you people aren't fond of each other but there is a fairy over here who is trying to deal with whatever is going on with her powers! And she doesn't need you two at each others throats while doin it!" 

Oakley yelled throughout the dorm, aiming the yelling towards Bloom and Stella. The two were just being at each others throats for the remainder of the day before the party. She was simply trying to get ready for the party but she could just hear everyones emotions and thoughts

She walked out of her own room while having a go at the two girls and when everyone else came out of their rooms to see what was going on they just stared at Oakley. She looked confused and looked towards Musa and Terra who only pointed towards her hands.

She lifted her hands up and she noticed there were blue sparks coming off them. The girl took a deep breathe and unclenched her fists. 
"I'm going to the party and away from this. I'll see you people there." She said with a force smile and left the dorm.

Once the door was shut she took another deep breathe and started walking away from the chaotic dorm room which made her feel a lot better and decided to go find her brother instead. She walked up a few flights of stairs until she made it to the specialists dorm rooms. 

She made it to her brothers room and knocked on the door. Sky answered and let her in.
"Just giving you a bit of a warning, now might not be a good time." He warned his sister and she just gave him a questioning look. 

"Riven saw something...." Was all he said. Oakley followed her brother inside the room and saw Riven curled up in a ball on his bed and staring out the window, while Brandon was in the bathroom getting ready.
"Riv, what happened?" She asked the boy.

He honestly looked traumatised and had some sort of distant look in his eyes.
"I was having a smoke beyond the barrier so I didn't get caught and I looked over my shoulder and found a dead body. But he was covered in blood, burn marks and was decapitated." Riven slowly explained to the three in the room. 

"You saw a fucking dead body in the woods?! Oakley screamed at him.
"Oakley, mind your language!" Sky yelled to his sister but she just ignored it.
"Well did you tell Headmistress Dowling?" She continued asking the boy questions.

He nodded his head and Oakley let out a breathe.
"I doubt this will stay quiet for long with how much everyone in this school talks shit." She said and started walking around.

"Oak, what did I tell you about your language." Her older brother grabbed her arm and turned her to look at him. 
"Sorry I'll try to stop. Jeez." She ripped her arm away from her brother. 

"I came here to try and calm down my nerves about my own problems, but apparently your problems are worse so I might just go to the party." Oakley looked down at the ground and walked out of the boys dorm room without saying goodbye to any of the boys. 

The girl honestly just wanted to skip the party all together but she told everyone else that she had gone early so she didn't really have much of a choice. I guess she did but, Oakley didn't want to let anybody down, or want anybody to go look for her. 

So she did what any normal person would do. Oakley went to the party and started hanging out with the girls from her dorm.
"Well he was old. Maybe he just died of old age, I mean everybody dies." Terra stated as four of the girls were now standing at the food table. 

Oakley had kind of just zoned out and wasn't really paying attention to the conversation that was happening in front of her. She was more worried about how Riven was feeling. Yeah the two of them weren't great friends but she had known him long enough to care about him. 

The girl was looking around the room but couldn't find the three boys anywhere so she thought it might be a good idea to try and figure out how her powers work before classes started and so she didn't seem useless. 

After a few minutes of trying to unlock how her powers work, she got it eventually and tried to find the thoughts of any of the three boys that she could recognise. Except she found a calming thought in her head that she thought seemed familiar. 

Oakley couldn't quite find the source of the voice until she walked away from the table and looked around the extremely loud room. Luckily nobody was looking at her weird because other people were using their powers and talking to others. 

The girl focused all of her energy on trying to find her brothers or his friends thoughts or emotions and trying to find out where they are but instead she found the calming thoughts and emotions from earlier. 

She recognised the energy but didn't know if she should go over and talk to him or not, but little did she know that not very far away from her stood the boy that she wanted to go and talk to. He was stood with his friends but saw the girl walk away from his sister and her other friends.

He wanted to talk to her but the only times they had talked to each other were about Oakleys powered so he didn't know whether he should or not. Sam decided that he should go talk to the girl. 

He slowly approached her so that he didn't scare the girl. Oakley had given up on trying to find her brother at this point seeing as she was blew too focused on the other energy that could help her. She may have been looking for her brother to see if riven was okay but the boys would probably just make her green worse.
