Mikayals POV

I finally regained consciousness after being knocked out for a couple hours due to Sandro who went past my limit .

I heard the shower running so I I knew he wasn't there which also gave me time to defrost especially after a nap .

I soon got bored so I decided to creep up on Sandro whilst he was in the showers . Sneakily I stood behind him and wrapped my arms around his waist feeling his toned muscles he turned around . "Hi." I smiled

"Hey baby." He replied kissing my forehead
I placed my head against his chest and sighed "you still seem tired."

"A little bit."

"Come lemme wash your hair." I lifted my head up and tilted it back as I felt him add shampoo on it . He began massaging my hair and damn it felt so good it could put me to sleep .

Fast forward...

After our shower together Sandro had some business to attend to in his office , so I wandered around the house once again until I ended up in a library .

As I looked around it , it was clear no one had been in here in a couple years since the couches were covered along with the tables and everything else . The bookshelves had layers of dust in them and I was surprised the maids didn't clean in here , or maybe Sandro didn't want them to .

One of my favourite books caught my eye and I stood on my tiptoes to reach for it , and I pulled it out blowing the dust off of it .

Beauty and the beast.

Yes it was childish but it's always been my favourite since I was a kid , I loved reading books also since I barely had anything else to do in my spare time especially now that I'm not even working it's pretty boring around here .

I sat on the couch and began reading through the book until I heard my name being called down the hallway . Quickly , I put the book down and rushed out , it sounded urgent .

"Mikayla?" I heard Sandro's voice call once again I caught up to him tapping his shoulder he turned around "what's wrong? I'm here."

"Where'd you go?"

"I was wondering around the house and ended up in the library you didn't even tell me you had one-"

"The library ? What were you doing in there?"

"Erm just exploring-"

"Don't go in there Mikayla." He said ,he was definitely hiding something "why not?"

"It's not safe , all the dust in there could get you sick."

"It wouldn't make me sick , and stop lying to me-"

He cut me off pecking my lips "just please listen to me."

"But why ?" I whined and he sighed , but then a loud growl filled our ears and I began to smile feeling embarrassed "looks like the baby's hungry." I know what he was doing , he was trying to change the subject to something else.

"Why are you ignoring me?" I started to feel my hormones kick in once again.

Stay calm
Stay calm

"I'm not ignoring you baby-"

"Don't 'baby' me either ." I snapped folding my arms "I'm sorry." He sighed his arms going round my waist "I'm sorry mi amore." He kissed my jawline and slowly down my neck . I couldn't help but let out a moan as he started to suck on it .

Fuck he's distracting me , but I don't want him to stop .

"Sandro." I called "Mhmm?" He mumbled as his hand slipped into my shirt he squeezed my breasts ."Sandro stop it." He instantly pulled away and I smiled to myself.

"Why ? What's wrong-"

"Your hiding something from me and trying to distract me which isn't going to work now if you don't want to tell me then don't , I'm going to make some food." I spoke before storming off.

I stood in the kitchen stirring the pot which was on the stove thinking about what I said to him . Maybe I was to harsh? Or did he deserve it? I have a tendency to feel bad after I feel I've done something wrong. I mean I kinda did snap at him for not telling me something that had nothing to do with me .

Shit. I need to apologise

My stomach growled for the third time and it was obvious that this baby was impatient."mommy's making food don't worry." I whispered gently rubbing my stomach.

"Mikayla?" I heard a voice behind me and I turned around to find Sandro leaning against the empty doorway ."yeah?"
"Don't do that to me baby." He said as he made his way towards me "Sandro let me speak first . I'm sorry it has nothing to do with me and I got involved I'm sorry for snapping at you, sometimes my hormones get in the way of my Judgement."

He then gently stroked my cheek kissing my forehead "it's okay mi amore ." I shook my head feeling tears I'm my eyes "it isn't , probably why my mom left me." I sniffled

"Baby hey , she abandoned you-"

I shake my head once again burying My face in. His chest for comfort, his arms went around me "it's probably why my brother tries to avoid me because I'm a waste of time and a nuisanc."

"He said that to you ?" I nodded "well you don't have to think about that right now amore , your not a nuisance-"

"I am."

"No your not, your not a waste of time Mikayla your brother was. Wrong for saying those things to you-"

"He hates me along with my Mom , and I hate myself-"

His warm hands went to my face as he forcefully lifted my head up so I could look at him "don't say that shit bambina, you are none of those things, as a matter of fact I love it when you annoy me, but I just don't show it-"

"You do?"

He nodded a smile slowly creeping on his face "are you cooking something?"

"Shit." I said as I turned around quickly taking the lid off , I groaned in frustration.

I can't even cook

"Just forget it I'll make you food ." He said but then a minute later his phone ringing went off in his pocket. He fished it out and bought it to his ear whilst I stood there ."Theg what?!"

I furrowed my eyebrows wondering what was going on ."I'll be there in ten bye." I looked at him confusingly "what's going on?"

He grabbed my hand leading us towards the foyer "someone's broken into the warehouse and they've caught her, I need to go your coming with me."

"The warehouse ?" I mumbled to myself , what on earth was that ."it's where all my supplies are , I have multiple across America and some in Italy come on we have to go baby ." Sandro replied answering my question which I didn't even ask . "Okay."
