"Hes, they're, oh my god"

Rue was gobsmacked as they entered their dorm room, Thurman following close behind them with his jaw dropped to the floor.

After Elton had told Daisy everything that happened, Heather had come storming over and demanded an explanation with Gabriel there aswell. She wasn't going to be made of a mug of and needed the truth. She had grabbed the Hufflepuff boy and then stormed her way to the potions class filled with Ravenclaws and asked for Gabriel to be excused before dragging them both out to near the whomping willow where they could talk.

No one had ever seen Heather so mad.

"I bloody knew something was off about them. They were so close all of a sudden" Daisy threw herself onto the bed, Thurman going to sit on the beanbag next to her whilst Rue came and sat infront of her. All thinking about what they had just discovered.

It wasn't anything Thurman had seen coming and he was their close friend. Gabriel was practically the most homophobic person in their friendship group so to find out he was infact gay was a shock to everyone's system.

But then again, it did seem to all click into place now they all thought about it.

"Wasn't expecting that though" the Gryffindor boy shook his head.

"How is she?" Daisy asked Rue, not having actually seen Heather before she dragged Elton away.

"Pissed" Rue answered, crossing her legs with a sigh.

"I'd be too" Daisy felt bad for her, Heather wasn't someone who liked being lied to; honesty was something she valued and her trust was earned. Her ex boyfriend and a boy she saw as a best friend broke both of those things.

"It's not that hes gay, she'd support him no matter what it's that he used her and then treated her like shit because she couldn't 'help' him" said Rue, recalling what Heather had told her whilst in the Defence classroom. She had gone through about ten different emotions before settling on why she felt so angry.

She had known something was off but she just wished he had been honest with her and didn't treat her like dirt on the bottom of his shoe. He told her he loved her, a huge like he smacked in her face. She felt hurt at the fact that she had been used. But Heather wasn't someone who could hate someone for long, she'd forgive him and try to support him in the end anyways.

"Still wanna kick his head in" Daisy was raging, she understood more than anyone what it was like to try and get rid of those feelings you felt. To try and rid yourself of what you thought of such filthy things to feel. Discovering you were gay was never a pretty process especially in times where people like them were discriminated, beaten and even killed for being who they were. But to lead a girl on for such a long time, tell her you love her and do things with her that you knew she valued and trusted you to take. That was messed up.

"Gay on gay crime" Thurman snorted, Rue and Daisy's eyes widening as they let out a surprised laugh at his comment.

"Thurman!" Rue grabbed Daisy's pillow and threw it at her boyfriend.

"Sorry. Wrong time?" Thurman caught the pillow luckily before it could smack him clean in the face, Daisy shaking her head at the boys unfiltered mind. He was worse than she was.

"It's none of our business, let's let them deal with it" said Rue, although all three of them knew they wouldn't keep their minds in their own business. They were far to nosey for that.

"Yeah, we have more important things to discuss" Thurman said firmly, standing up with a cross of his arms that had the two girls glancing at eachother confused. He looked deadly serious and it threw them off.

"Which is?" Rue asked her boyfriend anxiously, not liking this new found seriousness.

"Why the hell have they changed the spicy chicken burgers to just plain ones?" He exasperated, throwing his hands up in the air, genuinely mad about the food situation.

"I noticed that!" Daisy joined in, Rue looking between them like they had both grown two heads each.

"Fuming I was, I reached for one last night and took a bite I was like hold on, what in Godrics name is this?" He played out the scene, pretending to reach out, grab something and take a bite before pulling a face, his features converting into that of confusion and disgust. His girlfriend sent him a look of disbelief whilst Daisy laughed and agreed.

"You absolute knob! I thought something was wrong" Rue now threw Daisys teddy bear at him, the small brown bear bouncing off of his head but it didn't faze him.

"It is! Hogwarts is becoming more flavourless by the day, they should start adding more muggle stuff" he exclaimed, not understanding why she wasn't effected by that aswell. He didn't know what new house elves they had cooking the food but he wouldn't give it a five stars.

"I fully agree" the Beckett girl nodded along in agreement, standing up abruptly to copy his stance, arms crossed and finger tapping her chin.

"Daisy don't encourage him!" Rue didn't have anything else to throw at the pair, a hand slapping her forehead instead.

"Imagine having some hot Cadbury pudding for desert" Daisy said, picturing some muggle deserts to have after dinner. She didn't know why the Wizarding world didn't invest in adding muggle sweets or even nee technology into their world, it would certainly make it a lot more inclusive and a better place for those who grew up with those things.

"Oh my god, yes!"

"I think we should take this up with Dumbledore" Daisy tapped her foot, starting to pace dramatically.

"I agree" Thurman nodded back, them both looking at eachother intensely before nodding.

"You two are...why am I dating you and why am I friends with you" Rue rubbed her hands over her face, shanking her head in faux diss appointment by her life choices.

"Because I'm good at sex" Thurman said boldly with a shrug, Rue choking on her spit.

"And so am I" Daisy winked.

"I wouldn't know if you were" Rue said back with a laugh, picking up a pillow from the floor and whacking her cheeky friend with it.

"Dont lie now" she pretended to flirt, side eyeing Thurman as she held a finger up to her lips, the couple both snorted at antics.

Thurman playfully stuck his fists up, bouncing on his feet.

"Oh so we're scrapping for her love now? We in a love triangle"

"Bring it you little Gryffindork" she copied his stance, pretending to throw a few punches left and right.

"Alright you little puff" he said back, Daisy gasping dramatically.

"Homophobe!" She shouted, a hand flying over her mouth with the other going to her chest.

"I didn't mean it like that!" He protested, eyes wide and he waved his arms about.

"Oh my god he just called me a poof!"

"Daisy no I didn't!"

"You heard that Rue?!"

"Im gonna kill you!"
