"I'm just saying," slurred Wally, "I know she's completely unhinged and dangerous, but Harley Quinn is pretty hot..."

"Alright," chuckled Dick, "I think that's my cue to turn in."

Wally was sprawled out across the couch, beer bottle loosely in hand as he stared up at the ceiling. In truth the alcohol in the beer had no effect on him, but like with all of the Titans' parties, they had supplied him, Donna, and Kara with liquor made especially for superhumans. Kara and Donna were tipsy as well, making Dick and Roy the sober ones in the room.

"Yeah," nodded Kara, "I should hit the hay."

"Wait," said Roy, "before anyone goes..."

Everyone turned to Roy except for Wally, who instead simply lazily tilted his head.

"I'm moving back to Star City," he admitted after a moment.

"Really?" mumbled Wally.

"Yeah," nodded Roy, "Dinah's relocating to Gotham, so Oliver's going to be spending a lot of time at the Gotham division of Queen Enterprises. He wants more support back in Star City."

"So tell him no," shrugged Dick.

"I don't want to," said Roy plainly, "With Oliver out of town, I'll be taking point on vigilante operations in Star City more often. It's... kind of the next step in what I've always wanted."

"That's great!" cheered Donna, "Look out Star City, Speedy's coming back!"

The young Amazon threw her arms around Roy, causing him to stumble back as she tipsily caught herself on him. He smiled and hugged her back. Kara and Dick walked over to join in on the hug next. Wally remained on the couch, fighting off the spins.

"Thanks guys," he smiled, "and I won't actually be going by Speedy anymore. It'll be Arsenal now."

"That's pretty cool," acknowledged Dick, stepping back from the hug, "What brought that on?"

"I... Uh..." blushed Roy, "Realized a bit ago that Speedy is a really easy set up to jokes about... uh... finishing prematurely."

"...you just now realized that?" questioned Kara.

"Wally makes fun of you for it all the time," pointed out Dick.

"Yeah but he makes sex jokes about everything," countered Roy.

"It's cause you're speedy in bed!" shouted Wally drunkenly.

"Good point," conceded Dick.

"Heh heh..." chuckled Wally, "And your name is Dick."

"Do you know when you're leaving?" asked Kara, ignoring Wally.

"As soon as possible," said Roy, "The sooner I get reacquainted with the city, the better."

"Well let us know if there's anything we can do to help," nodded Dick, turning to leave, "For now, I'm going to bed. Somebody get Wally some water?"

"On it," nodded Donna, heading to the kitchen.

"I bet you'll do great," smiled Kara to Roy

"Thanks," he smiled back.

Nightwing stared out over the northern skyline of Jump City. The northside of the city, across town from Titans Tower, was largely industrial with almost no residents. It consisted of an odd mix of government offices and privately owned factories. The latter made the surrounding districts a popular hotspot for crime in the city. Normally it was smaller time stuff than the Titans would deal with, but there was little else to do and Nightwing needed the distraction.
