Batman tried to marry Cat Woman, Gotham basically explodes.
Superman tried to marry Lois Lane, boom! He's dead!
Iris died when Flash tried to date her.
Spiderman's girlfriend died because a villain found out he liked her.
Vision died and Wanda turned crazy.
Iron Man left Pepper a single mom.
Hawk Eye's family turned to dust.
The point is that it never works!
Villain are just gonna use your loved ones against you. Not to mention your lover could be a jerk and break up with you then tell the villains your secret.
Don't. Just don't.
Oh! And don't date another hero! It's gonna make everything so weird! If you breakup it's gonna be just trying to avoid each other during work. The other heroes are gonna gossip about you and whoever you do end up dating later, they're gonna be like "Oh but I'm not as good as your hero girlfriend or boyfriend, right?"
And most young heroes who you'll try to date are gonna have a big ego because they just finished being a sidekick or actually winning a fight for the first time in their life.
