"You never cease to amaze me on how you can always find me"

"You're easy to find little one" Thanatos teased her before taking in Thalia. "Oh? And who must you be? Wait no don't tell me, this is the woman, who you saved from those men?"

"Hi, I'm Thalia. I'm a friend of hers as well as her partner. You must be Zagreus"

"Ha! No, I am afraid you're mistaken"

"But you called her little one.. does that not mean she's your little sister..?"

"Thalia this is Thanatos. Nyx son, my adoptive brother, if you will"

"Right! Yes, I have heard so much about you from both Nyx and Melaina"

"You've met my mom? She has met, my mom?"

"Yes, Nyx came by. She gave us a tip on where to find Hades"

"And did you? I assume that you did"

"Yes, I have. The insufferable lunatic is in the house right now as we speak"

"Well, that's excellent news! I will admit I was afraid you wouldn't be able to find him but more importantly, I was afraid that you would leave a trail of people behind you"

"I did that only once" She sighs walking around. "And it was for her. I still allowed one to live"

"I have been making sure she doesn't kill anyone else. So far, it's just been traumatizing phobias coming true and bumps and scratches"

"You've been keeping her in check? But you're just a mortal?"

"And what of it?" Melaina says getting upset now.

"Oh I'm just shocked is all. Melaina here isn't one to listen to anyone. You must be very special. I like you"

"That is now two people, who have said they liked me, after first meeting me. When will you admit that you like me as well?"

"I never said I didn't like you" She smiled. "What brings you here, Thanatos?" she says reverting her eyes to him.

"Hm, Thalia I hate to ask this but can you give us a moment?"

"Yeah, no problem," She says with a wave of her hand. "I'm gonna go shower and after probably take Achlys and Desdemona out for a bit"

"Ok, I'll see you in a few"

"Mom told me, how you found a companion for yourself but she didn't say anything about how fond you both are of each other"

"She's my friend. Of course, I am. Thalia has been a great help with this mission"

"So I see. I have come here at the request of your brother and sister. Their majesties have requested for you to leave your father be"

"Majesties? Thanatos, it's Zagreus and Macaria. Why are you being so serious?" She asked though she didn't care for the answer. "What do you mean by leaving him be? And how did they know what I was up to?..unless, did you tell Macaria what I was doing?"

"She was wondering about you. I am now a loyal servant to them, especially to Macaria. I couldn't lie to her" He says to her, holding his hands behind his back. "She knows how important this is to you but she wants you to think of the family first"

"I am, which is why I'm even here. If I can get Hades back there, then I can have them both back, and we can be a family again, and you can finally be with Macaria"

"And what if Hades doesn't go down without a fight? He is the strongest one here between you two and you know it. No matter how long you have trained, Hades still has you beat. Don't think with your emotions right now, Melinoë"
