A day has passed since Issei's loss at the tournament. Harsh rainfall prevented the fights scheduled for yesterday from happening. due to this, Y/N was bored playing World of Tanks Blitz and dominating everyone with the IS-7.
A lot has changed as well. Now that the nation of Krux has only five days before their declaration of war, they have expanded rapidly and effectively making the nation as big as the Dargoria Forest. As such, it was renamed the Empire State. The flag was changed from the simple blue cross on a blue flag to a more notable and intimidating one. The vehicles also got a symbol revamp, now bearing this flag.

Y/N was also worried about Krux turning into an industrialized dystopia, so he came up with the good idea to let nature coexist with the buildings. Vines and trees now crept all over the Empire State's buildings. Children grew friendly with the animals and interacted with one another often. The sight of this made Y/N's animal friends very happy.
Gura is also living with Artemis, so that's nice.
The time is 4:00 AM. Y/N was currently meeting Ruv personally in Fort Sycamore. He wasn't given a specific reason on why he needed to meet him.
Y/N: I'm here, man. What do you need me for?
Ruv: You came up with the idea to let nature coexist with man, am I right?
Y/N: Yes, you're right on the spot.
Ruv: Well, you see, despite us being dominators of expansion on land, We have never bothered expanding out into the sea. The best we did is have groups of ships act as mobile bases out at sea. What I want you to do is to design a fort or fortress that can be built as a stronghold at sea. There are no requirements, as the Empire State can mass produce things very easily. The only limit is your imagination.
Y/N: Sounds nice. I'll do it.
Ruv: Good! I'll even let you test it to see if it's approved.
Y/N left Fort Sycamore, heading to his house.
Y/N: Okay, all I need to do is to make sure that it can't be tak-
*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*
Y/N: Who's that?
Y/N opened the door to reveal Gura and Artemis.
Gura: Hello Y/N!
Y/N: Gura, Artemis, what are you two doing here at 4:09 AM?
Artemis: We're visiting!
Y/N: I'm not going to question it. Just try not to bother me, I have something important to do.
