Description: Despite only being one city, it has expanded so much it is one of the most economically prosperous countries in the world. Their academy, Union Academy, is one of the most prosperous. However, what people didn't know was that Union City was unforgiving to those without power, such as Y/N L/N, now known as Strike Commander Triumphant. Y/N suffered endless torment at Union Academy, and it drove him to suicide. Two years later, Union City was attacked and captured with no civilian casualties from the Empire State, as they cared for every civilian, friend or foe. Now, it is their job to decide the fate of Union City.
Political System: Pure democracy. Ozpin, Sirzechs, and Nezu rule over the city, making sure crime and corruption run rampant. However, they only are willing to accept people with powers, and those without them suffer greatly. Citizens are allowed to meet up and make laws, but powerless people can't.
Technology:
Dust items. Dust is a crystal used for various everyday things, such as functioning as a power source or as a propellant for bullets.
