"Look I don't want to push you." Liam said as we sat in his room.

"I've already told you. He just used to hit me and Tara! That's all it was. Then once my transition had been successful I went and killed the monsters!"

"But why your Mom Theo. What did she do?"

"Oh that bitch. Well she used to sit and watch as he beat us till we were half dead. Enjoy it actually. So I made her watch as I killed her husband, she enjoyed that much less I'll tell you."

"Okay..." Liam said taking a deep breath. "Anything else?" I frowned.

"What do you mean?" Liam ran a hand through his hair.

"I just mean-" Liam sighed, "you know what forget it." He moved off the bed getting up to grab something from his closet. I groaned.

"Come on Li don't be like that. Tell me." He shrugged.

"It's fine. It doesn't matter." I groaned again getting up.

"Come on Li." I walked over grabbing him round the middle and picking him up.

"Hey!" I dropped him on the bed.

"Tell me!" I said straddling his waist and sitting there.

"Hey get off me!" Liam tried to struggle but I had him pinned down.

"You tell me what you want to know Liam and I'll answer it."

"I just want you to open up with me. I just feel like you never do!" I let go of him getting off his waist.

"Theo?" He asked as I hadn't said anything.

"I... I don't know how to..." I said. I heard Liams heart rate increase.

"Oh Theo that's okay." He said rubbing my arm.

"No because I know you want me to but I just don't know how- how to do it without everything crashing down..."

"Is that such a bad thing?" Liam asked softly.

"You don't know the things I've done Liam..." I said shaking my head.

"No... but I know that I love you. Whatever you do I'm behind you 100%. If you brought a bloody animal carcass to Scott's I'd probably think it was weird but I'd still love you, I'd still be there."

"But you already left..." I said my voice quivering.

"What?"

"You left me." I whispered the tears threatening to spill. "When Hayden put that spell on you, you didn't even think for a second before you left..." Liam listened not interrupting me as I spoke.

"And the worst thing is that I'd just taken that step, taken that step with you that I'd been putting off for weeks and you- you called me a murderer... do you know how hard that was for me? To hear those words leave your mouth? To think that the hour that we had just spent together taking that step meant nothing to you? And you don't even remember..." I pulled my eyes away from Liams duvet finally turning to look him in the eyes, my own tear stained.

"I remember. I remember being close to you, I remember what it felt like to be that intimate with you. I remember all of that Theo. I remember the gentle whisper of your voice, your lips on my skin, your hands all over my body. I remember you." Liam said and I bit my lip looking back down.

"Hey look at me." He turned my head.

"I meant it, you know that right?" Liam said, "When I said you were special. I meant it. Your the most amazing person I've ever met, your strong, your persistent. You don't stop till you get what you want." Liam said making me smile.

"And you have a good heart." He pressed his hand to my chest. "Whether it be yours or not it's always been good, you just needed someone to show you how to use it." That's when I lost it. I broke down in Liam's arms as he held me tight stroking my hair.

"You're okay." He soothed. "You're okay." We stayed like this for a while. Liam keeping a tight hold on me even once I'd calmed down. We only broke apart when my phone buzzed. I picked it up and smiling when I read the message.

I showed Liam who chuckled.

"They're cute." I said and he smiled.

"We're cuter." He said and I hummed laying my head across Liam's lap.

"I could get used to this." I said closing my eyes.

"Good." Liam said his hands finding my hair again.

"I love you."

"I love you too Theo."
