TRIS POV

"It's positive?" I ask.

"Yeah."

I sigh.

"Awesome." I mumble sarcastically.

"What?"

"I mean, it's just fucking awesome that I'm 19 and I already have 3 kids."

"Oh."

"I'm sorry."

"Why are you sorry, Tris?"

"Because I kind of ruined your life the first time and now I made it even worse. It's all my fault, and I'm sorry. I understand if you go and leave me alone. I guess I've been through worse, right?"

"Tris." Tobias says.

"I mean, I always fuck up people's lives and make them not want to be near me. Everything is my fault. It's all my fault."

"Tris." He says again, this time with more sternness in his voice.

"It's... All... My.. Fault."

I start to break down.

I cover my face with my hands and touch my head to the floor.

Tobias rubs my back.

"Tris. I'm not going to leave. I'm not angry at you. I love you, and this just makes our lives more eventful. Not worse."

I lift my head up.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, baby. I'm not leaving you. Ever."

"Okay."

"And it's not your fault. It's also my fault, you know that right?"

"Okay."

"I love you."

"I love you too." I sniffle.

Tobias picks me up and carries me to the bed.

He turns the light off and we drift off to sleep, wrapped in each other's arms.

-2 WEEKS LATER-

TRIS POV

My stomach churns.

Oh no.

I get up from the bed and bolt to the bathroom.

I grab my hair and pull it back with one hand and steady myself on the toilet seat with the other while I empty out the contents of my stomach.

I finish that and brush my teeth.

I feel warm arms wrap around my waist.

I spit into the sink and turn around.

"Hi." I whisper.

"Hey. Are you alright?" Tobias whispers back.

"I guess."

"Okay. Are you hungry?"

"Yes."

"Okay. You wake up Mia and Aspen and I'll start to make you some breakfast."

"Okay."

He pecks my lips.

"I love you." he whispers as he walks out the door.

I sigh and walk into Mia's room.

I wake her up.

She opens her eyes widely and then squeezes them shut, adjusting to the bright light pouring through her window.

I pick her up gently and grab a yellow dress for her to wear.

Then I bring her into Aspen's room and set her down on the floor with some of her toys.

I wake up Aspen and dress her in the same outfit Mia is wearing.

Yes, I'm that mom.

I grab the girls and walk down the stairs carefully.

I walk into the dining room to find everyone sitting at the table.

"Woah, are we having a press conference?"

"No, we're just all hungry." Uriah says.

The boys officially moved in with us last week.

Most chaotic week of my life, may I add.

"Okay then."

I set the girls down in their high chairs and leave them in the hands of the group.

Probably not a smart decision, but I don't think much can go wrong in less than 2 minutes.

At least I hope.

I walk into the kitchen and find Tobias cooking loads of pancakes.

I snake my arms around his waist.

"Hey." he says as he turns his head towards me.

"Hey." I kiss his check.

"When are we going to tell the group?"

"About the engagement or the pregnancy?"

We got a little sidetracked and never actually told them about the engagement.

But they never noticed the rings, so.

"Both."

"Oh. Um.... 30 minutes?"

"Sure. I guess that works."

"Okay."

He finishes up making the pancakes and I help him carry the five plates towering with pancakes to the table.

I set the plates down and my eyes dart to Mia and Aspen.

They're still alive, so that's good.

There's no food smeared on their bodies, so that's also good.

I guess everything is fine.

We all dig in.

When I finish a pancake I feed Mia and Aspen.

Mia starts to babble.

Aspen babbles back.

"Get the camera!" I tell Four.

He runs up the stairs fast and comes back down even faster.

"Can you say mama?" I ask.

"Mama!" Uriah says.

Marlene flicks his forehead.

"Maaa-" Aspen starts.

"Wing!" Mia screams.

"Maaaamaa!" Aspen shouts.

"What did Mia say?" Chris asks.

"Maama! Dada!" Aspen screams louder than before.

"Ring!" Mia screams just as loud as Aspen.

"What?" Marlene says.

"They said mama dada ring...." Zeke says as they all turn to face us.

"You see, guys. Here's the funny thing here,"

I lock hands with Four and we show them our left hands up.
