Chapter 1

TRIS POV

"Mom?!?" I ask.

There stands my Mom, in the center of what was soon to be my living room.

"Tris! I haven't seen you for months!"

She runs up to me and gives me a giant hug.

My mom had been in Georgia for business.

She left around the time I got pregnant, so she hasn't seen me at all.

She pulls away and looks at me.

I see her eyes go down.

I watch her smile fade a little.

She looks back up at me.

"I thought you were only 41/2 months?"

I forgot to tell her about the twins!!

Oops.

"Oh yeah! Okay mom, sooo like-"

"Get to the point, Tris." My mom laughs.

"Okay. I'm having Twins!"

She squeals.

Then she and I and Four are squished into a group hug.

When she finally lets us breathe again, I ask where she's staying.

She tells me that she's staying in a hotel that's outside of NYC.

Then she gives me the food she brought and leaves.

I eat all the food she brought before Tobias can even see what she brought.

He gives me a look.

"What? I'm eating for 3." I say pointing at my stomach.

He laughs and goes into the kitchen.

He comes back into the living room, realizing we have no food.

"We have no food."

"McDonald's?" I suggest.

"Yes."

We get into the car as fast as we can and drive off to McDonalds.

After that we go to the grocery store and stock up on tons of food.

By the time we leave the grocery store, it's around 8 pm so we rush back to the apartment and decide we're too lazy to make our own food so we go out to eat again.

We come home after eating and it's about 9:30.

We decide we're not tired yet so we unpack.

Turns out we don't have much to unpack so we watch TV.

I fall asleep on the couch watching family guy.

I wake up in my new room, in my bed, next to Tobias.

I try to get out of his grasp so I can make breakfast but his grip tightens.

I slap his arm.

"Ow"

"Let me go. I'm hungry."

"Fine."

He lets me go.

I get out of the bed and he follows.

As soon as I get up, a headache rushes to my head.

So does my meal from last night.

Luckily the bathroom is right across from the bedroom so I'm able to make it without getting anything on the floor.

After I'm done throwing up, I decide on an apple.

Four repeatedly asks me if I'm okay and every time I tell him I'm fine.

He still doesn't take that response as an answer.

Finally I get annoyed with him and walk away.

He follows me.

Then he asks me if I'm okay again.

"Okay, Tobias, I'm fine. It was just morning sickness. Totally normal. I love you, but you're getting on my nerves."

He shuts up.

He looks a little hurt, so I give him a hug and then kiss him after I remind him that I love him.

Then I take a nap.

A/N: I honestly don't know if I like the Insurgent trailer or not. I kind of liked the books and this looks nothing like what was in the book. Don't hate me.

But yaaaaaaay!! First chapter!!!!
