-3 MONTHS LATER- (sorry?)
TRIS POV
Today I get to find out the gender of the baby, and I'm beyond excited.
It's the hormones, I think.
Christina is coming with, and Tobias doesn't know that I'm finding out the gender today, because he's been gone with the boys doing God knows what.
So we're going to surprise them.
So before he gets home Christina and I are going to make a pink or blue cake (A/N: I'm not standing against non-stereotypes or anything so don't comment I'm being stereotypical or anything because I'm not, I'm just writing what's easiest to understand and for me and all that jazz.) depending on the gender, and we're going to laminate the ultrasound picture and stick it inside the cake with sticky letters saying "It's a boy/girl" once again, depending on the gender.
The girls decided that they will hold off our music until I'm settled in with the new baby once it comes.
When I'm like 8 months along I'll probably end up writing a bunch of songs because I'll be really bored and emotional.
We-well, Christina's uncle, bought a house for us and I think it's really nice.
After I finish moving all of our stuff in, I'm going to continue collage and try to graduate.
Basically, I'm excited for everything that's going to happen in the next year.
"We're here." Christina says.
"What? Oh! Yeah. I'm coming!" I snap out of the daze I was in.
We walk into to clinic together.
I check myself in and I go to sit down next to Christina.
"Are you gonna come in with me?" I ask Chris.
"Yeah! Duh!" She responds.
"Okay!"
"Beatrice?"
My head perks up and so does Christina's.
We follow the doctor through the door and to the room.
He hands me a hospital gown and I change into it.
I lay down on the cushy bed thingy and he starts to prepare his machine.
He takes out the gel stuff and starts to wipe it on my stomach.
In California, their gel is warm, which is a plus in my opinion.
He takes out the scanner and decides to try and make small talk.
"So how long have you two been together?"
"What?" Christina says.
"We're not dating, she's my best friend." I say while laughing.
He gets embarrassed and a blush shows up on his face.
He stops trying to talk to us after that.
"Okay so here is your baby!" He says and then turns the screen to me and Chris.
"It looks pretty healthy so far!" He explains.
"Would you like to find out the gender today?"
I nod.
"Okay! So your new baby is a-"
A/N: YALL I NEED YOU TO VOTE ASAP
Okay so for boy, comment here.
For girl, comment here.
(Or if you don't know how to comment on just one sentence comment boy or girl in the comments at the end of the chapter.)
And one more thing I forgot to say last time is that if you have Instagram, my friend Zion and I made a Hunger Games (yes I know this is a divergent fanfic but some of you might like THG) Account called @touchmekatniss and if you do happen to like The Hunger Games then you should go follow it, because we just made it and yeah.
Also, any tips on convincing your parents to let you dye your hair? (I just want to ombré its not like my whole head becoming pink or anything)
BYEEE
