3rd Person POV:

Morning comes as after the events of the dance last night, General Ironwood is currently notifying Professor Ozpin and Goodwitch of what transpired.

Ironwood: They were here... (raising his voice as he angrily slams his fist against Ozpin's desk) Ozpin, they were here!

Glynda: We're very much aware of that! Thank you, James.

Ironwood: Fantastic! You're aware! Now are we going to do something about it or should we just stay the course and continue to ignore what's right in front of us?!

An alert sound plays, signifying that someone has arrived on the elevator.

Ozpin: Come in.

Ruby and Y/N both step out and enter the room.

Ruby: Sorry it took so long. Someone accidentally hit all the buttons on the elevator on the way up here. (pausing before quickly explaining herself) It wasn't me.

Y/N turns to her with a deadpan expression as Ruby let's out a nervous giggle.

Ozpin: Thank you for both for coming. How are you both feeling?

Y/N: A bit agitated.

Ruby: Okay, I guess. I'd feel better if my bad-guy-catching record wasn't O-for-three.

Everyone stares silently as Ruby is left to feel the tension within the room.

Ruby: Okay, so that's the tone we're going for, got it.

Ironwood: Ruby, Y/N, I feel it's appropriate to let you know that I think what you both did last night is exactly what being a Huntress is all about. You recognized a threat. You took action. And you did the very best you could.

Ruby: Thank you, sir.

Y/N: It's still frustrating that she got away from me twice.

Glynda: Twice?

Y/N: It was the woman that was Torchwick's accomplice the night we met.

Ruby: Yeah, we couldn't get a clear look of her because of the mask she was wearing and she didn't say anything to us but she had the same fighting style. She fought us with glass and fire, and her clothes lit up everytime she attacked just like last time.

Glynda: She definitely has the same description, save for the glass.

Ironwood: Embedding Dust into clothing is an age-old technique. It could have been anyone.

Ruby: Wait. You think this girl is connected to Torchwick and the White Fang?

Ozpin: It's possible. But we still lack the required evidence to link the two together.

Ruby: Actually, I... I think I remember her saying something about a hideout, or something, in the southeast. Just outside the Kingdom.

Y/N: Right, when we got there we saw her talking to someone through her scroll. It sorta sounded like Torchwick.

Ozpin: Interesting.
