It was 3:30 pm in the afternoon.
I wore a kimono I kept
for 8 years.
I saw it lying around at my old house
in the living room.
It looked really pretty,
so I kept it.
I added a cherry blossom flower
behind my right ear.
I tied my hair up in a cute bun
and pierced something through it.
I forgot what they were called.
I just bought it at a store a few months ago,
thought it was cute.
I also bought a Chinese style umbrella,
the wooden ones.
I then wore sandals under my
long kimono dress
and a picnic basket for me and Luke.
It was hard to go downstairs
because of my long dress.
I then met Luke at Creek Side Park.
As I got there,
I saw the beautiful cherry blossom trees.
Pink leaves,
big trunks,
and a beautiful atmosphere.
Peaceful music filled the park,
making me close my eyes,
savoring this moment.
In the distance was Luke,
staring at me,
with open eyes.
When he approached,
he was speechless.
“You look
Amazing.”
I blushed.
