"Alicia." The woman cried.
"Alicia Verone, it's her name." She kissed her baby's forehead as she passed it to her husband.
The man smiled despite the situation they are facing.
Pillars collapsing...
House and trees burning...
Their clans fighting against evil...
A combined tear of joy and sadness fell from his eyes as he looked at his asleep daughter.
"I'm sorry for not giving you a peaceful life. I'm sorry for not being there by your side as you grow older. I'm sorry because we are your parents but we can't even protect you." He silently cried as he hold tightly to their baby.
"Hindi iyon totoo." The mother rebuked.
"Ginagawa natin ito para mailigtas ang buhay niya. So please, stop saying that you didn't do your job as a father. Sapat na itong ginagawa mo... natin." They hugged each other.
"N-nakapasok na sila!" Sigaw ng isa nilang kasamahan mula sa labas ng kastilyo.
The father nodded and opened the windows behind him.
He looked at her wife for the last time and gave her a reassuring smile. The mother sobbed and gave him the signal that he had to leave.
"Please take care of our baby."
The man jumped out from the window, holding the baby they are protecting.
She closed her eyes and smiled out of nowhere.
'They can make it... they will. And when the time comes, she will bring...
