Shay's POV
I open my eyes, and sit up straight on Calum's bed. It wreaks of his scent, why the hell does he have to smell so good? I look down on what I'm wearing and it's one of Calum's tank tops. I know I told him I'm not gonna wear any of his clothes but I don't sleep naked and sleeping in the dress I wore it's just uncomfortable. I have no plans on telling him that I wore his clothes to sleep, he will never stop speaking of it. I look around and this looks like the same room he had back in Sydney. He has band posters on the wall, a few dumbbells beside the bed and lots of notebooks on his table, maybe his song books. I stand up and walk up to the table to see what else is on it. I hold these song books in my hand, tempting to open them and know what's in that beautiful mind of his. He is a really extraordinary person, not to mention talented. I really admire his talent, his musicality is so enduring and I realise how much I miss listening to him singing when Tommy puts on his album in the stereo. Whenever I listen to the album, I instantly think of how his performance will be. He might jump around the stage and shaking his head, and biting his lip when he's on solo.
Then something caught my eye, I pulled something familiar under a stack of magazines on the table and I can't believe my eyes. It's my book, Little Women. I can't believe he still has it, and it's even weirder that he has it here, with him and not back at Sydney. Why does he have this with him? Gosh, did he meant it when he said he never stopped thinking about me? He love me? No no, get him oout of your system Shay! You got to stick to your principle, you want to move on and you even went on a bloody date last night with a charming british man. He has dreamy eyes, a sexy accent and very proper and in love with literature, just like you.
I put back the book under all of those magazines, I'm not gonna think about it, I'm just gonna let it slide out of my mind. I went into the bathroom and take a shower and sliding off Calum's top off me and put back on my dress. I tie my hair up in the bun and walk out the bedroom, finding my little Tommy wearing one of Calum's tank tops as a nightgown and Calum in the kitchen cooking?
I chuckled as I walk to the kitchen counter, "Tommy, baby?"
He turns his head and he has this big grin on his face and he run straight at me, "Mummy!"
I give him a big tight hug, "hi, baby". I carry him in my arms and sit on the kitchen counter, "so, how was your night?", I ask him.
"Mummy, it's not just a night, it's boys night", he said without letting go of my hand.
"Boys night? What did you do on boys night?", I asks curiously.
"We ate pizza with juice, not beer cause daddy forbid everyone drinking beer with pizza last night", he said and I wink at Calum who is doing eggs, "good call, Cal"
"Then they sang their songs for me, and we watched Cars! Oh, mummy! I even play the drums!"
"You did?", I widened my eyes.
"Oh yeah, let me show you. I got in on video", Calum takes his phone and hand me it, I press play and I am in awe on how happy Tommy seem while playing those drums. "Oh my God! I'm literally speechless".
"We got a rockstar in the making in our hands", he chuckles.
"He's gonna be like his daddy", I smile and looking at Calum and he smiles back at my remark.
Suddenly another voice came behind me, "Calum, you're making breakfast? This is rare". I turn my head, finding it's Luke.
"How are you, Luke?", and he literally jumps a step back cause of shock, "Shay?"
"You know my mummy, Uncle Luke?!", Tommy is shock as well.
"Yeah, mummy was friends with all of us sometime ago", Calum told his son and then another voice came and it's Micheal, "yeah, friends with us but more than friends with you"
