Deku dodged the blade, his head sweating profusely. His hair was in his face, obstructing his vision, but Deku was unwilling to be taken down.
Stain grunted and flicked his tounge slightly in annoyance.
Iida was still out of commission, his body lay unconscious next to Native. Todoroki's body however was half out of the alleyway and on the sidewalk. His shoulder was pinned to the floor with one of Stain's many knives, and he seemed to have a concussion.
Not good, not good at all.
Stain was getting tired, especially since he had fought about three people before Deku ran into the fight once more.
Stain was breathing hard, his chest heaving. Each kid had gotten a few hits on him, but those were mere scratches. This one was by far the hardest one to shake off. Afterall, the boy seemed to analyze every move of the Hero Killer as said killer was making it.
The kid was evolving faster than Stain was slashing his sword.
This kid is going to be a good hero, afterall, he just wants to save people.
Yet too bad the people whom he saves are fakes.
Stain growled at the teen, his teeth bared as he bolted towards the greenette. Said greenette saw this coming but delayed his reaction time slightly in order to inhibit Stain's ability to counterattack after the movement.
It worked, and now Stain was closer to the wall.
Deku jumped backwards slightly, the balls of his feet barely touching the ground as he did so. While Stain tried to steady his balance, Deku jets forward and pushes the vigilante into the wall.
Stain's head hits the wall, knocking the man out cold. Midoriya bends over, gasping for air as he was out of breath.
He got lucky on this one.
He flips open a pocket on his belt and pulled out a zip tie. They were added as a way to restrain villains--Gran Torino's idea.
They were surprisingly handy.
Deku tied up the villain and made sure they were secure. He didn't want the Hero Killer escaping anytime soon.
That would be a hassle.
Nodding, Deku moved Stain so he wasn't uncomfortablly slid down the wall face-first. The vigilante might be borderline villainous, but everyone deserves at least a small bit of comfort. He flipped Stain over and moved his legs out from under him so his legs wouldn't be in an odd angle.
No one is dying on me today. Nope, no one.
He then moved towards his friend. He scoured his belt pockets to look for bandages and his All-Mighty Band-Aids.
He approached the most injured person first: Native. The adult seemed to be the one bleeding the most at the moment, though upon further inspection, it was mostly surface wounds with only one or two deep cuts. Deku sat on his knees, pulling out materials needed to stitch the deeper wounds--his mother had taught him some medical pointers when he was small since she was a nurse.
He thanked his mother mentally.
Mom's such a blessing. I wanna buy her a pretty necklace and surprise her with random visits more often.
The greenette smiled to himself as he stitched the adult and slapped beige bandages on his stomach to cover the wound.
He didn't have disinfectant at the moment but this should hold until the medical team gets there. He then plopped a Silver-Age All Might Band-Aid on Native's arm to cover a smaller scratch.
He giggled to himself before moving to Todoroki, who was slightly bleeding out.
His shoulder wound looked gnarly. Deku almost gagged at the iron smell. He didn't like it.
He didn't like it whatsoever.
Slowly, carefully he moved to inspect the duel-user's shoulder. He nodded, knowing not much could be done until a medical personel arrived. Afterall, it would be stupid to pull the blade out.
It might have nicked an artery, and if that was the case, his friend would bleed out in a matter of minutes if the greenette decided to yank out the knife.
Losing a friend was not a risk Deku was willing to take. So he was very careful with stitching and bandaging the younger's wounds.
He held his breath through the whole process, trying not to think of the wedged knife. If he jostled the knife just a tiny bit...
If he jostled the knife...it would be over.
And one more person would die today.
Midoriya decides he could breathe after he backed three steps away from his bandaged friend.
He then looks over to Iida, checking for concussions and wounds. Once again, he popped a few bandaids on the blue haired teen and analyzed a bump on Iida's forehead.
Small concussion?
He probably shouldn't be sleeping...
Especially with a concussion.
Midoriya tried to wake the teen up but to no avail. After a few small efforts, the kid decided to look for a phone. He had dropped his on the train when he jumped after Gran Torino. Iida had ran off to fight Stain and avenge his brother, and Todoroki had ran off from his father in search of the screams Iida emitted.
Midoriya had later caught up to both of them shortly after seeing a massive flame light up an alleyway from the other direction.
Todoroki's quirk was not known for it's discrete power.
He didn't know if the others had phones on them, but the battle with Stain probably would have knocked them out of their pockets.
Midoriya scanned around the alley floor quickly. It took a hot second before his eyes landed on a blinking phone. He scrambled over to it and checked the messages.
It was Iida's phone and Manual was spamming the teen. Midoriya gently picked up the phone and cradled it in his hands. Unlocking it, he speedily texted manual.
Hey, it's Midoriya. You probably don't know me but I'm also a student at UA. I found Iida as well as UA student Todoroki and Pro-Hero: Native. They were battling Stain (AKA the Hero Killer) and are needing medical attention ASAP. I have them stabilized but Todoroki has a stab wound and Iida has a concussion. Native is also injured. Stain is restrained. I'll send you the location. Please bring backup too....thank you sir!! Sorry to inconvenience you!
I'll be standing in front of the Alley to greet you, my hero suit is green by the way!
Midoriya closed the phone before placing it beside Iida, next to the boy's broken glasses.
He staggered out to the mouth of the alleyway, angling himself so that he can keep an eye on Stain and his friends as well as look down the street for oncoming heros.
