Inko had kept the news on since Hero Studies had begun. She knew her son wouldn't be able to answer the phone consistently. But as a mother, she worried a lot.

She wanted to make sure her baby boy was okay, so throughout the day, Inko kept up with the news. It played twenty-four seven inside the small apartment. All night, and all day long, even if Inko wasn't home.

She had long shifts at the hospital, but the fellow staff understood her worry. Inko could go check the news around every corner as long as she stayed safe and kept stride with her patients.

But when she got a call from Aizawa, she couldn't hold in her worry.

In the midst of the call she had broken down in tears.

Her baby was gone--missing.

She wanted to grill the teacher and all the hero's involved. She wanted to know every small detail of what happened. She wanted to know the truth.

And rightfully so.

But she also trusted Aizawa and all the hero's at UA. They knew how to get her baby back better than she could.

Aizawa promised to call her every night and relay any news and further investigations they perform.

It had been almsot three full days and she knew work studies were promptly over. However, the news was still on repeat.

"Wait, hold on Saku... Beaking news incoming!... Apparently an A Rank villain was spotted walking around aimlessly. The villain known as Dabi was seen wondering the street Ippotsuko, which is located spproximately three cities from Hosu. An anonymous civillian had sighted the seemingly distressed villain and called the cops who alerted the nearest hero. Currently Endeavor is fighting the villain in an attempt to restrain him. Warning: the video that is getting ready to be shown may not be suited for all viewers."

Inko was cooking Ramen when she heard the newscaster talking about the breaking news. Immediately, she hobbled into the living room and fixed her gaze upon the screen.

The villain Dabi was shaking like a leaf and whenever Endeavor approached, the villain would emit blue flames from his palms. It seemed like the villain was scared of the hero. That Dabi was beyond terrified of the hero.

But why is the villain scared of a hero? Dabi is A ranked, and Endeavor is the Number Two Hero. Plus they've fought multiple times, Dabi especially with a vengeance. What changed?

Eventually Endeavor got annoyed by their unproductive fight. The brat of a man wasn't even fighting Endeavor to the fullest extent.

Endeavor decided that the street was cleared out enough to begin using his own fire.

Thus a transition occurred. Endeavor went on a rampage, he threw punches left and right with his massive fists. He even landed a few kicks on the villain's torso.

Dabi didn't go down without a fight. He also threw kicks and punches at the hero albeit while his hands were covered in blue flames. At some point the villain had rolled away from a furious punch Endeavor had sent. The lack of impact kept Endeavor falling forward as Dabi circled him like a wolf.

Dabi was burned severely, his skin grafts of purple flesh had begun melting. His staples were also melting due to the heat. Yes the metal had a high melting point, but it wasn't indestructible against Cremation.

It was easy for Inko to tell that Dabi wasn't mentally in the fight. She could tell he was mentally raging another war. Dabi didn't want to fight.

Endeavor was itching to blow off some steam.

And it was obvious to the greenette.

Endeavor pushed himself up and charged at Dabi. He threw a right hook then changed the momentum to his left hand. Dabi, a highly observant person, caught onto the change and easily evaded. Dabi then spun out of view and gave Endeavor a kick to the knee, effectively using his dwindling speed to knock the hero to the floor before using his thick boots to kick in Endeavor's face.

Endeavor may have the upper hand at controlling his flame's intensity and pure strength but Dabi had speed, agility, and purely potent fire at his will.

By the end of the fight, Dabi had retained a massive concussion on his head, a bloody nose, half his skin was steaming and burning, and his clothes were burned and ripped to shreds. His left wrist was clearly broken, as was his nose and ankle.  Maybe a few ribs too but that couldn't be decided through the grainy imaging of the news station.

Dabi had been beaten to a pulp by Endeavor, yet the villain had done nothing except walk through a few towns and cities that day.

Inko covered her mouth as she held in a gag and a sob.

These fights barely happen, so when they do they're almost always broadcasted. However, they always end up...unsightly.

Inko felt a twinge of pity for the young adult. However she was disgusted at the looks of Endeavor as well.

Although it seemed like a one sided battle, half of Endeavor's face was broken and bloody, as well as severe burns on his torso and arms.

Dabi had more broken bones and scratches, but Endeavor had a partially caved in face and more severe burns.

Burns that allowed the cameraman to see Endeavor's bones and muscles.

Unable to move without severe pain, Endeavor pressed the Urgent Backup button on his hero suit. The cops had already been on their way but should definitely hurry now.

Then Endeavor stumbled, but not before attempting to throw another punch at the nearly unconscious villain.

Dabi was able to roll mere centimeters away from the punch before it landed, cracking the concrete.

Endeavor fell down and rolled onto his side, coughing and spitting out the blood that had filled his mouth.

Endeavor had used up all of his strength, and Dabi was close to his limit as well.

But Dabi pushed through. His training couldn't go to waste.

And he loathed that training.

So he sat up on and reached his hands over to Endeavor's shaking, tired body and lit his flames as hot as he could.

A deep grey to black smoke rose up and began engulfing the camera. Then the screaming started. It was a deep scream but one full of agony.

Inko rushed to the nearest bucket and began dry heaving. She hadn't eaten much today, but the need to throw up was still imminent. She could practically feel the pain the scream held.

After calming down, she quickly shuffled to the remote and fanatically pressed buttons. She wanted the channel changed and the volume up.

She changed it to the first channel she could think of--and All Might marathon channel. Izuku used to binge this channel when he was little. She turned the volume up.

"No need to worry civilians! For I am here!"

Inko smiled slightly at the nostalgic voice. But he smile quickly wavered once she remembered her baby boy was missing.

Having lost her hunger due to the fight and nostalgia, she removed the ramen from the stove and placed it in a glass container. If she regained her hunger, it will be her lunch tomorrow.
