What doesn't
Votes. The reason for this is way too many people tried to cheat the system. Voting is just a good way to say I enjoyed this.
It is also important to remember Wattpad will see a story with 1k reads and 1k votes, assume cheating and make your story more difficult to find.
On average you should have 100 votes per 1k reads.
