i saw you become a mangled star
and you saw me horrified
you grabbed me and you took my eyesyou ate my heart and now i am sick
and i cant walk well without help
i am bleeding until i am dry
you watch me cry out for mercyi throw up over your shoes and you are silent
how the sun shines so brightly

red draining from my skin
i lie grasping at the earth
you watch me become an angel of deathmy ribs are spikes of willow tree
and my hands are beds of lilies
my eyes are sun and moon
and my heart is strung tightly over the sky
