The pair both had smiles on their faces as they walking down the long cameron dock, Elliotts cheeks were pink, Races sweatshirt on her body still

After the kiss Elliott had pulled away in shock, she had stared at the blonde for 5 seconds before connecting their lips again, to elliott this was one of the best feelings she had ever experienced

She felt happy for once, which was rare for the girl. But what was on her mind as they continued walking all elliott could think about was the way JJ or any of the pogues would react if they found out she was sneaking around with Rafe

She was 85% sure John B already knew based on the last real conversation they had, the way he came at her when the group was talking about him sneaking off with the one of the other cameron siblings

"you ok princess?" rafe asked, grabbing her hand to give her some comfort, she instantly warmed up to his touch

"mhm, just thinking" she looked next to her, the blonde was looking at her with curiosity and worry, as if he genuinely cared about her, which he did but she couldn't face the fact that he did

it just felt weird to have the person who argued with her 24/7 standing here, hand in hand while he looks at her with worry

"what you thinking about?" he asked, the pair reached the door to the house but rafe didn't dare open the door knowing wheezie or anyone could be there

"just how crazy it is that i'm standing here with you and you look like you have some happiness in your heart" elliott smiled

"maybe because this one blonde makes me happy, goes by the name elliott and last name maybank, prefers when i call her princess though. Have you heard of her?" Rafe teased, turning his head a bit with a small smirk on his face

"doesn't ring a bell, have you seen this tall blonde though? looks like he smokes weed all the time?" Elliott copied his movements

"sorry got the wrong guy" he chuckled, wrapping his arms around her waist and bringing her into a hug

"why are you hugging me?" The girl asked, but returned the gesture and wrapped her arms around his neck, his head buried into her neck

"because i'm tired and i felt like it" he shrugged against her hold, the girl eased her way out of his arms, took his hand and told him to unlock the door, which he declined

"ok, if you unlock this door i will stay with you for the rest of the night" Elliott bargened, the annoyance on rafes face instantly changed and he unlocked it, grabbing her hand

"now be quiet, don't want anyone to wake up, especially my dad" Rafe whispered, leading her up the stairs to his room

when they entered he immediately closed the door, locked it and jumped into bed, the pair still hand in hand, she fell next to him, laying flat on her stomach while he was on his back

"aren't you going to put a different shirt on?" elliott asked, gesturing the polo he had put on to his the fact that sweatpants covered his legs

"no, i don't get to have my girl in my arms as long as i'd liked to" he pulled elliott closer to him, he rested his head on her stomach, wrapping arms around her waist, eyes closing instantly

"good night rafe" she mumbled, closing her eyes while she had a hand in his hair, rafe mumbled something, elliott couldn't make it out but she sure was hoping it wasn't anything bad
