Elliott woke up at the sounds of soft snores. Her body jolted awake but once she saw the mop of blonde hair resting on her stomach she relaxed a bit, running one hand through it before closing her eyes again

"you ok?" rafes raspy morning voice spoke, making the girls eyes open again

"better than ever" she smiled a bit as he lifted his head, meeting her eyes

"you look beautiful princess" he smiled back and rested his head back on her stomach, she groaned and leaning her head back

"rafe i need to leave, JJ's probably worried about where i am" she could feel rafe shake his head

"you aren't leaving, this was the best sleep i have gotten in a while" rafe mumbled

"i'm glad you had a good sleep but i need to leave, you will see me tomorrow" she ran a hand through his hair again

"you promise?" he sat up, meeting her eyes and holding up his ring finger

"ring finger promise?" she slightly laughed as he nodded

"feels more important" he shrugged as she hooked her finger around his as the corners of his mouth tugged up into a smile

"well rafe cameron, i will see you in 24 hours" he let her stand up and he quickly walked over to his drawer

"i will be counting"

"take this hoodie, it's cold in the mornings and i see that yours is covered in dirt" he added, nodding towards the ground

"thank you rafe, i will see you later" and with that elliott was out the cameron's boys bedroom, with a blink of an eye

watching her leave hurt him, he didn't know why but apart of him thought she was leaving for good, just like his mom had

Elliott walked into the chateau porch, not expecting to see three out of the four pogues watching her, one including her brother

"well well well, good morning baby sister" JJ grinned at the girl, staring at her for a second, "hold on i have to pinch myself to believe my eyes" JJ added on, but instead of pinching himself he chugged the rest of his beer, throwing the beer can to the side of him

"hi eli, where were you yesterday?" pope asked, shielding his eyes from the sun

"taking time to myself, just had to think for a bit" big fat lie she told herself, stuffing herself next to JJ in the small chair, Pope sitting on the arm rest of the chair

"i really need to take one of those" kiara sighed and leaned against the wall

"where's john b? havent seen him since the accident" Elliott looked between all 3 pogues

"no clue, he told us to meet here, did he tell you?" Pope asked, elliott shaking her head

"that's weird, i wonder why" JJ shrugged
