CHAPTER 35

The scent of black coffee assaulting my nostrils woke me up from Lalaland.

I stretch and rub the sleepiness from my eyes. With stomach growling, I started to walk out of the bedroom.

I saw Forth having coffee in the dining table with an untouched. he didn't eat yet. I studied him as he was focus on his phone.

I can see him being so serious with what he is reading by the way his forehead creases.

After some time, maybe he notices that some creep is watching, he looks up and saw me. I gave him a smile and he did the same.

"Good morning, Beam. Are you hungry? I brought take outs. Let's eat!" he said.

This really feels natural and normal. Like we've been doing this for a lifetime already.

"Yes, I am! You haven't eaten yet?" I asked

"I want to eat with you..." He trailed and I started walking towards him and the table.

We started eating and talking at the same time. I'm getting used to this and I'm liking it.

"So... Beam... I really cannot entice you to go with me?" He started

"I will, next time if we planned it right. Alright?" I said.

"You promise?" He asked like a child

"Yes. I promise" Agreeing with him

"Alright. I'll be leaving this afternoon, so I'll see you after 3 weeks. Don't forget about our video calls, calls, chats and text. I'll be looking forward to it" He said in business tone.

I just laugh at him hard. he also gave me a shy smile.

We finished eating and was cleaning up. We agreed to watch some movies while killing some time and around lunch time, Forth started to get up.

"I need to get back to my penthouse, Beam. I need to pack some things" He said.

"Can I go with you? And maybe dropped you off the airport?" I volunteered shyly.

Forth eyes shone with happiness and he quickly agreed.

"I would love for you to do that. Thank you, Beam." He said, looking really thankful.

We quickly got dressed and started driving towards Forths' penthouse, I was on the passengers' seat while Forth is driving in comfortable silence.

He quickly took some fresh cloths and arrange it in a rucksack. I was just quietly watching him.

"I don't need many changes of clothes; I have some there" he explained.

I only nodded and he proceeded with what his doing. After, we decided to have a late lunch before we headed to the airport.

The thing with airports is that it is actually a place of both sadness and joy. When someone you love left, you feel sad and when someone you love arrived, you feel happy.

Now that I am here, I felt sad knowing that I cannot be sleeping with Forth. Its just 3 weeks Beam. You can do it. and you will do calls and chats! For heavens' sake, get a grip!

"alright, Thank you for sending me off, Beam. I'll see you soon. Don't forget our agreement" He started when we are already at the entrance. This is as far as I can go with him.

And of course, because I am shameless and irrational, I gave Forth a tight hug and a kiss on the lips. 

I planned to just doing a smack, a quick goodbye kiss but Forth thought otherwise, the moment our lips met, he gave me a soulful kiss, tongue added.
