Recap

"Right, well I will most likely be asleep when you get back in because I am knackered. Nighty night, Ari." Athena admitted, walking over to her friend to give her a hug before she left.

"Au Revoir." Aria breathed, hugging Athena back.

They let each other go and Aria went to the bathroom and Athena slipped under her covers, pulling them right up so they were right under her chin.

She wriggled around a bit before finally relaxing and getting comfy, shutting her eyes and drifting into a long-awaited and needed sleep.

At approximately, 6:30 in the morning, Athena woke with a start. To badly muffled giggles.

"What are you doing?!" Athena shrieked.

Aria and Cassie were stood over her with a glass, pouring ice-cold liquid over her head.

Athena jumped up and shoved them both over.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" They shouted from the floor, laughing afterwards.

"Happy birthday, my arse," Athena smirked, running her hands through her hair. "Thanks, now I'm soaked." She sighed.

"That's what she said," Aria mumbled again which earned her a playful kick from Athena.

"No, that's what she's going to say during her detention with Snape tonight," Cassie winked at Athena.

Athena jumped on top of Cassie when she tried to stand up, tackling her to the floor. They play fought as Aria just stood at the side and laughed as she clutched the wall to keep her standing.

After about 10 minutes of continuous rolling over and attacking each other, Aria heard a knock outside their dorm. She went over and opened the door, letting the two girls be.

"What on earth is going on in here?" A low voice growled from the door.

Athena looked towards where the voice had come from, from her position of pinning Cassie to the floor by her shoulders. She lept off her quicker than you could say 'Quidditch'.

"Malfoy. Of course, it's you," Snape clutched the bridge of his nose, "Why were you just pinning Miss Beaumont to the floor?"

"I just- She- We-" Athena found herself struggling.

"Sorry, Professor, it's my fault. I thought it would be funny to wake her up by pouring water on her as a joke, but she didn't like it and I teased her further." Cassie tried to step in for her as she stood up from the floor, dusting herself off.

"A harmless joke and you result in fighting?" Snape snapped.

"We were just play-fighting," Athena whispered.

"I don't care. It sounded like there was a stampede of elephants in here and it's not even 7 in the morning. I would be surprised if you didn't wake up the whole house." Snape yelled.

"Well, at least no one is going to be late on the first day," Athena snapped with venom and rolled her eyes.

"Enough with the backchat and sarcasm." He warned.

"Whatever." She crossed her arms turning around so that she could head to the bathroom.

"Don't turn your back on me! Detention, Malfoy!" He shouted.

Athena turned back around to face him.

He was visibly fuming at this point. His face was tinted red with anger and she swore she saw steam coming out of his ears and nose.
