"damn man" i rubbed my hands over my head.
"what ?" bean said handing me the blunt.
"noodle mad at a nigga , cause i got out on house arrest" i sighed looking down at the ankle monitor.
"yeah cause you a hot head nigga , you should've listen to her you know you just got out 3 days ago."
"mane dem niggas was being disrespectful you know i wasn't going for it." i said having a flashback of me punching him in his face.
"yeah but you should've walked off and handled that shit later" he patted his pants down.
"he disrespected my girl in front of all dem folks out dey the hell i look like walking away , and niggas been trying me every since i got out."
"you was gone for a year and two months you know that was going happened , and you know noodle wasn't stressing that shit anyways."
my phone started ringing
incoming facetime from ladyk3💙.
"yoo" i answered and she was mugging in the camera.
"i'm on the way to get you." she said before hanging up.
"damn nigga" bean laughed making me stick my finger up at him.
"better get comfty on the couch."
"i've been sleeping in king room and him and skyler in the bed with her." i pouted.
like you really put me on punishment ?
"that's down bad" he said laughing "i know king ass been picking too"
"hell yeah" i laughed shaking my head seeing noodle pull in fast ass fuck.
"alright imma fuck with you later" i stood up and dapped him.
"word stay dangerous , tell fam i said wassup." he said standing up
"ight" i said going down the steps to the car. "let me drive" i said going to the drivers side.
"you not supposed to be driving and you know that , get in" she said unlocking the doors.
"how dem folks going know ?" i looked at her.
"kamari i'm tired , i don't feel like playing get in so i can go get them and take king to practice."
i sighed and went to the passenger side.
"how long you going be mad at me man ?" i buckled the seatbelt behind my back so the beeping noise could stop.
"untill i feel like you off the hook" she shrugged.
"you look good while you being all mean to me and shit."
"i look a mess in all honestly but thanks." she sighed.
she had on a black crop top with some sweats and her hair was in a messy bun.
"that's not a mess that's yo natural beauty and i love that shit so chill out." i said making her look at me as we came to a red light.
"ion like you right now but you still look real eat-able , lil muscles you den gained and shit." she bit her lip
"let me eat you up." i smirked
"nah , you been dried up for a year yo desert not ready for no water yet." she said slamming on brakes as a car pulled out in front of us. "STUPID BITCH !" she yelled blowing the horn.
"road rage." i mumbled as we pulled into east yard.
i'll never call him DaVe , east to hard as a name.
she blew the horn and he opened the door and king came running down the steps. i got out the car and opened the back door.
"wassup OG." i said dapping him up.
"wassup menace" he laughed
"mane they had it coming" i shrugged
"no they didn't , you could've ignored them." noodle said walking around reaching for skyler.
"oh my god" i mumbled and east looked at me.
"you still in the dog house ?" he asked with skyler turning away from noodle in his arms and i reached for her.
"yes" i sighed kissing skyler all over her face. "daddy's girl." i said and picked up king in my other arm.
"pops i'm too big for this" king said mugging me.
"yeah you is but i missed you so right now i don't care." i said
"come on so i can get him to practice on time." noodle said
"alright y'all be safe i love y'all." east yelled as we walked back to the car.
"we love you more !" everybody yelled back.
i strapped skyler in her car seat and made sure child's lock was on the door.
"ma you cooking tonight ?" king asked from the backseat
"i wasn't but obviously you must want me too."
"yes i do" he smiled
"what you want ?"
"fried chicken , corn no cob , baked potato loaded !" he said as we pulled up at the rec.
king older now so he no longer play for my team and i do not like that shit.
"ok" noodle said unlocking the door "i love you have a good practice" she said turning around to look at him.
"i love you too." he said opening his door and i opened mines. he turned around and kissed skyler on her forehead making her start clapping.
i walked him onto the field and i heard him sigh.
"what's wrong ?" i said frowing up my eyebrows.
"i don't like this team , there not a family like we was on your team."
i squatted down to be eye level with him "everybody not like us , but you're job is to play like y'all are family. always remember what i taught y'all , on the field y'all brothers no matter what. loyalty you know how we stand with that. and you might be the person they been missing to help make everybody a family. we all know you a leader king , that anit yo name for nothing go shine my boy." i said dapping him up.
he gave me a hug real fast and pulled back "i anit no bitch but i love you pops." he said making me laugh
"i love you too" i said "now go head." and he ran off.
we don't care about king cussing , but he knows his borders with it. cussing not that big of deal like everybody make it seem but he know not to cuss at adults.
