[A/N: This is great. Another late posted chapter. Oh well. Might as well post it now (1/30) even though it was supposed to be posted on 1/28. Who cares at this point, heh. Anyways, please enjoy and cooperate with my trash writing skills. I probably need to rewrite this book even though it isn't even finished yet.]

...

Today, Friday, August 13, about 3 months later, was Toby's and Bloody Painter's first mission together. Of course, they've been on several missions before, but this time, they do a mission together. And this mission is going to be a long one. As they were sent to their boss's office. Slenderman ordered them to go on a mission together. They accepted without hesitation, leaving with the files, they looked at each other, hesitant.

"Y-You th-think we c-c-can actually d-do it together?" Toby asked, twitching nervously.

"Well, sure, but.." Bloody Painter trails off to see Toby glaring at him.

"Dude w-we've been here f-for about a m-m-month already. G-Get u-u-used to s-s-seeing m-me around!" Toby mumbled angrily, giving Bloody Painter the death stare.

Bloody Painter looked at the files, reading it aloud:

Name: Natalie Ouelette.
Age: 17
School Location: ######
School Schedule: 1-######, 2-######, 3-######, 4-#######, 5-#######, 6-#######
Address: #######
Relationship: Dating Chris
Info: Natalie likes drawing gore, and is often judged because of it. She'd also get in trouble for drawing gore in school.

Bloody Painter and Toby looked at each other. They nodded and headed off to the school. They went out in their disguises. It was pretty much their identity under their mask. The two of them didn't think much of it, having that they looked like Helen and Toby- who were friends. They thought it was just a coincidence. They thought it was just a disguise. They met up at the school entrance, registering for the school.

Their registration was a bit late, but they were still accepted. They headed to their class, sat away from each other and Natalie. It would be less suspicious this way. Their job was to watch Natalie as she developed, watching to see if she would be worthy. Worthy for Slenderman.

As time went by, Toby and Bloody Painter watched and observed Natalie. When they leave school, they meet up in the forest to exchange observations, before planning then making the report to Slender.

... [Details in "Essence of Time"] ...

Some time passed, it was October 10, Natalie snapped and killed everyone in her family. Bloody Painter and Toby nodded at each other and entered her house. She was surprised to see them here. In order to get rid of all witnesses so her chances of not getting arrested are higher, she charges at them, which Toby easily deflects and holds her still.

"ACK- LET ME GO BASTARDS!!" Natalie yelled, trying to get out of Toby's grasp.

Bloody Painter kneeled down a bit to get to Natalie's level and she scoffed, "Tch, the hell is this? Some sort of dumb confession? Get lost!"

"Natalie." Bloody Painter said firmly, "Won't you join us?"

Natalie laughed, "Natalie's dead! Clockwork's in the house."

"Well then, Clockwork." Bloody Painter said, emphasizing 'Clockwork,' "Will you join us?"

"What will I even get out of this crap?" Clockwork scoffed, still trying to get free.

"Ah.. A smart one. I should've asked that when they came." Bloody Painter said, "Well, we have lots of people you could be friends with. We're all like you: we're killers. When you get here, we may not seem like killers because everyone there is idiotic and chaotic."

"D-Does that m-mean m-me too?" Toby asked.

"Depends." Bloody Painter said, "Mostly Jeff and BEN."

"Ha, I wouldn't mind beating the shit out of those idiots." Clockwork said, "Take me there."

"Sure." Bloody Painter said, then motioned for Toby to knock her out, which he did.

...

Bloody Painter and Toby went to Slender's office to report the success of their mission, showing Clockwork to him and telling some more about her. Slender told them to put her in her room and wait for her to wake up. They did as they were told.

Since Clockwork would wake up soon, they stayed in her room, playing card games. Sally, a child with blood dripping from her head, wearing a pink dress, holding a teddy bear, which she named Charlie, sat besides Clockwork, waiting for her to wake up so she could play with her.

Soon, Clockwork woke up, seeing Bloody Painter and Toby yelling at each other while playing Uno. Sally was besides Clockwork, who smiled and giggled, "You're awake!" She chirped. Toby and Bloody Painter looked at Clockwork and waved at her, before continuing to play Uno.

"You two are playing Uno? I'm a fucking god at it, lemme join!" Clockwork said, confident in her Uno skills.

Clockwork joined Bloody Painter and Toby in Uno. Sally watched them rage, giggling when they did. Especially Clockwork. Clockwork was confident she'll turn the boys to dust, but instead, they all end up beating each other up (game wise.)
