It started with a prank, a harmless one... Or is it really harmless? Nonetheless, Bloody Painter and Ticci Toby found out each other's identities.
On October 18, Toby spiced Bloody Painter's lollipop in order to steal his mask as a joke. They both end up stealing each other's mask and wearing it. At first, they didn't recognize each other 100%- especially Toby. Toby didn't recognize Bloody Painter, but Bloody Painter recognized Toby, leading him to confuse himself with what he knew.
On October 19, at midnight, they hung out together and talked about themselves. On the 20th, they gave each other their real identity.
At first, they didn't really believe each other- mostly Bloody Painter not believing Toby. He thought Toby died from the fire in April- which was about 6 months ago. They watched each other closely, analyzing every single move, following each other on their missions when they didn't have missions together. They mostly followed each other on their missions because they hardly shared missions together. Since Toby is one of Slender's top proxies, Toby often has missions with the other proxies, such as Masky, Hoodie, and Kate.
One day, on October 27, a week after they told each other their identity, they decided to ask Slender for their files to confirm. They grew tired of waiting and watching. They wanted immediate answers. It's time for them to stop procrastinating.
"Slender, may we have our files? We'd like to confirm something between us." Bloody Painter requested.
Slender nodded, "Of course. Give me a moment and I'll bring it to you boys."
Slender went to a cabinet, pulling the drawer and searching for files. Toby and Bloody Painter looked at each other, nervously and awkwardly. Slender returned with both of their files. They bowed, thanking him. Slender dismissed them and the two boys went to Bloody Painter's room.
"Alright, we got our files. We'll only look at the first page, alright?" Bloody Painter says, "We only need to confirm identities. We don't need to know everything about each other."
Toby nods in agreement, reading out the first page of his files, ticking of course.
