CH2 - The Reunion

"Nabasa niyo naman siguro yung text ng admin?" Alice asked the group of girls who, for some reason, are silent today.

"Kelan sila pupunta dito?" Sela asked with a serious tone, "I mean, hindi ba magiging crowded ang school pag dito silang lahat?"

"Nakausap ko na yung admin. they told us that the facilities here are more than enough to handle all of the students." Jem replied to Sela but without looking at her, "It seems may talks na din pala dati to merge both schools and with the recent events, mukhang matutuloy na nga din."

The group fell silent as they waited for Alice to give her thoughts.

"Well, we can't do anything about this, might as well just deal with this problem." Alice replied, "But the school still wants to continue the Sister School meet." Alice added 

"Ano plan nila?" Brei asked trying to wrap her head around the situation, "Dito din sila papasok?"

"Well, as you know most of our curriculum, if not all, is the same. So more likely than not, they'll become our classmates." Gabb informed them as they looked at Alice for confirmation.

Alice just gave a quick nod of confirmation.

But before they can discuss further, they heard a knock and the door opening.

All of the girls were surprised to see 5 other girls standing in front of them.

"Sorry, the room is already taken." Sela quickly informed the newcomers as she look at one of them with a glaring eyes.

"We know." that figure replied, "but don't be so cold Sela. Parang wala naman tayong pinagsamahan." it added.

"Wala naman talaga Abelaine, right?" Sela quickly replied with a raise eyebrow.

Abby was caught of guard and wasn't able to respond. When she was about to, a hand stopped her.

"We are not here to make war. May oras tayo para diyan" Sheki interrupted, "We are just here as a courtesy call."

"Well, it's good to hear that you know your priorities right now Shekinah." Alice responded as she stood up, "I'm also glad that you have your manners intact." Alice added as her eyes move towards Rans, "At least hindi nag rub off ang bad manners sa iyo ng iba diyan. And I'm sorry to disappoint you but we are not the Student Council, you should do that courtesy call later."

Rans rolled of her eyes after realizing she was being insulted by her former friend. "Alam namin na kayo ang may totoong say sa mga bagay bagay, not the student Council." Rans replied, "That's why we, the "Student Representative Group" greets you. Since we both are handling the decision making of both schools."

"Sorry to burst your bubble, but no, we are not the ones making decision for the students in this school, it is the student council." Jem answered, "But you are right, we are the ones that should be handling you." she added.

"Oh really? Why is that? Akala ko ba you're not the one dealing with the important matters?" Yzabel asked with a smirk.

"Exactly dear." Sela replied with a smirk, "That's why we are dealing with you. The not-so-important-matter." Sela added her smirk turning into a full on insulting smile.

Yzabel blushed after realizing she was played, she was about to give Sela a piece of her mind but Abby held her hand and shook her head. Yzabel understood and stepped down but she still glared at Sela who is smirking, almost laughing.

"Well, since you're here," Alice interrupted before a brawl starts. She can clearly see Brei cracking her fingers and making a fist, she can also see Lara doing the same so she has to make a move, "What would you like to discuss Shekinah in civil, if you are such thing?" Alice asked as she stared at the leader of the group.

"I can't believe I played into her plans." Yzabel angrily commented, "She was such a... devil" She added with her eyes squinting.

"Ganyan si Sela, she play mind games for breakfast." Abby informed the angry girl, "So better take her with a cool head."

"Ginawa tayong parang tanga dun." Lara commented, "Tara, bugbugin natin." Lara asked the others.

"Kaya ba dumidikit yung mata mo aky Brei?" Rans asked with a raised eyebrows.

"Ha? Eh kasi, alam ko siya yung pinaka magaling dun sa sapakan." Lara replied trying to avoid eyecontact.

"Sapakan o Hali--" Abby stopped  as she looked at the other girls and pretended she said nothing. She looked at Lara who's glaring at her, make her feels she'll kill her at any moment.

"Joke lang Lara, ikaw naman." Abby replied with a smile in which the other girl answered with an eyeroll.

"Guys..." Sheki suddenly blurted out, "We need to talk..."

The other girls stopped as they heard the seriousness of Sheki's voice.

"We need to talk about each other's past with them." Sheki instructed them with a grim voice.

"Ha!?" Brei exclaimed with a smirk on her face, "Akala ko talaga papalag na sila. Handang handa na akong upakan yung mga yun eh, lalo na si..." Brei paused as Jem interrupted

"Lalo na sino?" Jem asked with a naughty smile.

"Wala Jemimah," Brei replied while rolling her eyes, "Asikasuhin mo yang si Marsela mo. Mainit nanaman ang ulo." Brei added.

"Anong Marsela ko?" Jem asked, "Hindi yan akin."

"And will never be yours." Sela added, "But Brei is right." Sela segwayed, "We showed them who's the boss."

"Anong never maging sa iyo? Ano yun Marsela?" Jem asked.

"Wala Jemimah." Sela answered while rolling her eyes, "Asikasuhin mo si Dana mo ngayong andito na yung karibal niyang si Lara." Sela added while eyeing Brei, "Pero mukhang magiging distracted naman din siya."

"Hindi lang si Lara ang distracted, pati nadin siguro si Abby" Gabb joined in, "Pero ok lang naman din, andiyan naman din si Coleen eh." Gabb added with a Grin.

"Babaero ka talaga. Kaya mainit ulo ni Lara sayo kasi tinalo mo yung kaibigan niyang si Ella." Brei told Gabb as she slapped the other girls arm.

"Hoy paano mo nalam--" Gabb's words were cut as another knock was heard from the door.

The girls looked at each other before Alice spoke, "Come in."

"Hi Guy!" A bubbly voice greeted them, "Kamusta kayo?"

"Sayaka!" Alice greeted the girl with a smile but her eyes are fixated with Brei.

Brei on the other hand rolled her eyes and held her right fist.

"Ano yun Sayaka?" Alice asked the girl

"Well, as the Student Council Secretary, the Admin instructed me to tell you guys that the Representative of our sister school will be visiting today." Sayaka answered with a big smile and her bubbly voice.

"Huli ka na, as usual. Dumating na sila dito at binisita na kami." Brei replied with a cold and monotonic voice.

"Ah, ganun ba? Sige, sorry for interrupting then. Aalis na ako." Sayaka answered with a smile.

"You should be, you're interrupting something serious." Brei replied as she looked at Sayaka with a passive face but with an eyes that could kill.

Sayaka left without saying anything more.

"Ano yun Brei?" Jem asked seemingly confused.

"Wala." Brei replied almost immediately.

Alice took a deep breath and rested her back at the chair.

"Guys, I think it's time." Alice told everyone.

"Time for what?" Sela asked.

"To talk about sa kung anong meron tayo sa past natin sa kanila." Alice informed the team.

Silence followed.
