Knowing that Chaeyoung would have to spend a lot of time abroad after Blackpink's comeback, you spent as much time as possible together, now that she was still in Korea. Today you accompanied her to a photoshoot, and you waited behind the cameras, cheering for her between the takes. You were actually having a good time until you felt bothered by one particular staff member.

He was telling Chaeyoung really rudely what to do and you didn't appreciate his tone. But you knew it wasn't your place to say something. Chaeyoung was at work and you were glad that you were allowed to be there in the first place. But you kept a sharp eye on him. The shoot went on and on and you could slowly see the exhaustion creeping up in your girlfriend. There was just one more outfit that had to be photographed then you could finally go home.

Chaeyoung was just chatting with some of her makeup artists when the rude staff member suddenly appeared, roughly pulling her by her arm to her spot. Chaeyoung winced in pain and you immediately leaped to your feet, storming over to the two of them. You snatched away the man's hand and shoved him hardly.

"Touch her again and I'll end you."

You growled angrily, but he planted himself in front of you with a daring look inside his eyes.

"Y/N-ah."

You could hear Chaeyoung's pleading voice beside you, but your anger banned all rational thinking.

"Do you have a problem?"

You asked the staff member tauntingly and he laughed, ready to start a fight.Suddenly, however, someone grabbed you from behind and your opponent was also separated from you by another staff member. When you turned around, you could see Chaeyoung nervously standing at the side. You were brought to her and you followed your girlfriend to her dressing room.

You were both silent for a moment, but you decided to explain yourself.

"He shouldn't have touched you like that."

You justified your actions, but Chaeyoung shook her head.

"I didn't like to see you this way. You were... out of control."

Chaeyoung hugged herself and only now you could see that she was truly uncomfortable. You immediately took a few steps closer to her, careful not to overstep any boundaries. You were relieved when she let you put your hands on her arms.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you like that."

You apologized sincerely.

"I know."

Chaeyoung nodded and let herself be pulled into your arms.

"Please don't ever get mad like that again."

She mumbled against your body and you instantly agreed, not wanting to upset your girlfriend
